Incredible Customer Service. This FedEx Office Print location handled a print job for Canva that was a rush job for a client event. They did it earlier than expected and had great customer service. As a small business owner, I highly recommend this location, and I will be back for future printing needs. Thank You!

The Customer service is garbage! For the amount of money you paying! This people should be nicer to the customers.. the fatigue is real and the people are tired of it!

People don't know anything about customer service these days. As soon as 6:15 pm rolls around the employees at this location are telling people that they close at 7:00 pm. Then one employee starts running a loud vacuum cleaner around the store while customers are working at the computers and doing other stuff. That is just rude. Why not just wait until the store is closed to run the vacuum cleaner rather than disturbing customers during business hours. These people are just dumb!

Courtney is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond when I had many large boxes to drop off. He has amazing customer service skills. Kudos to the management and Lori, who is also very sweet.

at a 3.3 rating i guess i should’ve known better. Came here to drop off a package and was met with an unhappy employee. I visited on 9/20 i’m the morning time and this man seemed to not want to be there to assist customers. Or maybe he was just selective about which ones he wanted to be friendly with because i did notice that when he was helping another customer he was all smiles with her. However, i did not receive the same treatment . Unfortunately this is the 2nd time that i have visited this location and received subpar treatment from an employee. I know it’s just packages but it literally costs nothing to be generally customer friendly. If it’s that serious then don’t work there.

Came here to work since my job is remote and the employees were super rude no communication at all. Along with the music being way to loud while trying to make work calls at the back work station, when a customer brought up the music to the manger and he just stood there looking around before saying he couldn't turn it down anymore and just walked off. very unprofessional behavior.
