I was here at the office asked them if they seen myFederal document?. They said that FedEx office policy is to shred documents even, if it's a federal document. They did not notify me that they have my documents. So don't go the FedEx Office because they will not notify you and they will shed your documents. I will notify the federal government that FedEx office has shredded my document without notifying me.

The only reason why I am giving this establishment 3 stars is because of the young man who assisted me. The woman with the brown weave was horrendous. Lazy as hell with zero communications skills.

They told me THE NEXT DAY that I need to come back to the store and take it to their Norcross facility for them because the package has batteries. Terrible.

After a rude and unhelpful experience at usps, I came to fedex to mail some passports and the lady who helped me was very kind and helped me in choosing the most secure option for my needs. I would definitely come back here for my shipping needs in the future.

I came in looking to have an expensive movie costume and some props shipped to Japan. Johnny, the big guy behind the counter, working with Sam the manager, didn't seem very interested in helping me. I asked him questions, and he seem annoyed to have to answer them. I wanted to drop off the props and costumes and let them pack them and ship them. I kept getting hurt answers without any eye contact. I was getting pretty annoyed.Finally, after I emptied my car of everything and put it on the counter, and write out all my information, Johnny's and tells me I can't leave it without leaving an account number. Well, Japan is 13 hours ahead of us so it was the middle of the night. I wouldn't have the account number for at least eight hours . Now this moron tells me I can't leave the costume.What's even worse is Sam the manager did absolutely nothing. I have managed a lot of teams in my life and I would never hire someone as incompetent and rude as Johnnie. And if my manager was so disrespectful and uncaring of a customers complaint, he wouldn't last long.I should've gone to the Athens FedEx, because they are total pros, not the amateurs Bozos I had to deal with at this place.

The lack of empathy at FedEx lately is horrible. They are hiring young people who are VERY LAZY!!! They want a JOB, however can not read. I order from Walmart and i specifically wrote on my delivery, to have my package delivered to my door because it is heavy and I live on the 3rd floor. I made sure it was written in the instructions for delivery section. Not sure Why, Walmart sent my delivery to FedEx for delivery, but that is another long story. Anyway, back to FedEx, the FedEx person left it in the complex mailroom drop off. I went to the FedEx store. Spoke to a representative at FedEx young person, who could not explain, why the delivery person neglected to read the instructions noted on the delivery section. I know a lot of person make jokes on social media about FedEx, being fast deliver. BUT FEDEX SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, treating paying customers with the lack of respect. I will be taking this matter into further actions. Due, to the lack of work ethics. If FedEx, see that an item is heavy they need to provide 2 workers moving forward

The Deets: Created a print job in the morning with 200+ pages. They emailed me around noon that the print job was read for pickup. I arrived after 2 PM.The Good: Print job was beautifully done. It was 200 copies of a community newsletter printed in black and white. Excellent job on the print quality!The Bad: When I arrived, I was the second person in line in the "Print" section of their store. Yet, I waited nearly 20 minutes (walked in at 2:17 pm, didn't get serviced until 2:35 pm) before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally acknowledged me, the entire transaction lasted less than two minutes (the gentleman brought out my print job, I verified it, and left the store with it).FedEx, you all do a great job with the printing. Please fix your customer service lag. Thanks!
