Literally all the positive reviews on this agency are TRUE! Mr. Jones is completely knowledgeable and up to date with all insurance information and was able to use his knowledge to get the best rate for me. After searching the internet for several insurance companies on finding information and obtaining an SR-22, I saw Mr Jones and First Option Services. I had received several expensive quotes from other insurance companies, however Mr Jones was far above the rest of them. Not only did he give me great and reasonable quotes, he was able to navigate me through the insurance information with ease. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jones to anyone looking for reasonable insurance. He is fast, efficient and very professional. Mr Jones and First Option Services is a top notch business. Mr. Jones, is definitely the man.....I got several insurance quotes, and most of them were impersonal, and some seemed like they were automated responses, and they couldn't even come close to the rates that Leonard Jones quoted me for my SR22 non owner's policy.I Would recommend this insurance., because Mr. Jones is highly professional, and seems to really care about his customers.

I needed a Out of State SR22. Living in GA and being from VA i was STILL required to have my SR22 current in the state of Virginia. After calling 7 or 8 maybe MORE Insurance companies i got discouraged. A lot of them did not understand WHY i had to have it in VA because or they did not WRITE out of state. Leonard Jones knew exactly why i had too have it current & was also able too write it up. He's Very Knowledgeable!!!! and now I'm able to obtain my GA License!!! Without VA having a suspension on me. I would RECOMMEND anyone to him!!!!!!!!!!! Best Agent there is!!!!!
