I booked an appointment on June 13th for July 13th at 10:00 AM, knowing I’d be out of the country for nearly a month and would need my nails done as soon as I returned. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. I had a feeling something was off since I never received a confirmation, but I still hoped it was on their books.
What was most disappointing was the lack of apology or effort to accommodate me—they were fully booked and unable to fit me in. I had to scramble to find another salon last minute.
If you plan to use this place, I highly recommend speaking directly with someone competent and making sure your appointment is confirmed in writing.

i always love my nails whenever i come here with my mom ?? very nice people and i’m not a talker but they try their best to make me feel comfortable !!

Helen did a great job with my pedicure. I had the one with the paraffin wax. The people in the salon are very friendly and it’s clean. Very convenient location.

I would recommend First Pro nails to anyone that ask where to go to get a Madi / Pedi. The staff is friendly and professional. I like the fact it's a family run business. I have never been disappointed with any service I have received.

I went there a day before my 17th birthday to get my nails done for the first time. The ladies were mocking my aunt and making fun of her in Vietnamese. She was very rude and aggressive with me towards the end of doing my nails. The paint on my nails were messed up and she seen them but didn’t fix it not to mention my nails are different shapes and sizes. I don’t recommend this place to anybody who wants their nails PROFESSIONALLY DONE !

Avoid this place! They charge for waxing but the lady uses about .05% wax and 99.55% razor. I will NOT be returning to this place. When you use a razor, the hair grows back thicker and more coarse than before. Hell no! Then tried to school me why she has to use a razor. I've been getting waxed for over 2 decades. ABSOLUTELY NOT!

A little pricey, additional charges. I was going to go back to ask what the $20 (full set acrylic $42, additional charge 15, additional charge 5) additional charge was but my boyfriend didn’t let me. I’m going to just guess it was for nail art.Edit : changing my review, my friend is a licensed nail artist, I showed her my nails and she said they overcharged me and did a mediocre job. The only reason I went here was because i needed a walk-in. $72 for nails that have a lot of down sides.Service: Manicure

When Miss Mary came in one of the workers were very nice and professional to her but when I came in to get my money back for the service that was not provided to me there was a problem i'm pregnant so at the time I couldn't go back-and-forth and I had to go to work so when I pulled over in my car I took the pictures and said I would go back to speak to someone but once I got there I was only treated badly as if it was my fault that they cheated me out of my money after doing a terrible job like this Never go to Pro nails this is horrible and exploiting prices Then charging customers for a terrible garbage service
