Not what it use to be. The store look like a disaster zone. Nothing hardly stocked or in right places. Seemed a bit short staffed. Was told by an employee that they don’t hire dependable people. I even tested that theory. Sure enough didn’t even get an interview. So if you’re a hard worker wanting a job you are out of luck.

The store was filthy! Most of the products were on the floor you had to look where you put your foot so you would not trip and fall. Employees were not helpful at all. They had the merchandise I wanted but they would not go and open the box to bring it out. They would not give me a price for something else unless I brought it to the cashier. I don't think I will ever go there again! And we wonder why stores are closing and going online. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS!

It wasn't Five Below it was Five Below nothing everything in there is so outdated the staff look very sad and unhappy the store was very unkept.

First time at this location, looked around, got a couple of things, One lady helped me with my things and carried them to the check out for me, and engaged in convo. Was super friendly. Store wasn't too busy. And it was an in, and out experience. Will come back again.

Store was closed 30 minutes before closing and when I walked in earlier in the day associates were saying kids under 18 can’t go in the store with out parents. I thought five below was a kids and teen store
