This location is so nice. The Hispanic female employee always gives the friendliest greetings! It's just too bad they didn't have my size, but I'll be back ;)

Very shocked to learn Opal is the manager. MANAGER!? Giving the benefit of doubt, is she overworked or something? Maybe some customer service training would help improve this store. No greetings, no enthusiasm from any of the staff, and the interactions/communications were very short and dry. I will try my best to skip this foot locker location.

Very shocked to learn Opal is the manager. MANAGER!? Giving the benefit of doubt, is she overworked or something? Maybe some customer service training would help improve this store. No greetings, no enthusiasm from any of the staff, and the interactions/communications were very short and dry. I will try my best to skip this foot locker location.

Huge selection of sports wear, shoes and other accessories.Staff was friendly and helpful.Better prices than the Nike store on this day. I purchased 2 pairs of Nike shoes.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Took by son to return an outfit he received for Christmas. Didn’t have the receipt. Wasn’t looking to receive and money back. Either and exchange or a store credit. The manager Opal refused to be of any assistance. She advised she didn’t have to follow the store policy if she did feel like it. Though the policy clearly states if the merchandise is unworn and not damaged it can be returned for a store credit or exchange. And you may only get the last sales price. Which I was okay with. When I asked her if she was going to honor Foot Lockers policy She proceeded to walk away and proceeded to act as if she was busy. I had to ask the current associate that was at the register was she going to return. When she did return. The associate advised her I wasn’t done speaking with concern the issue. She advise she was done and she wasn’t honoring the store policy. She then proceeded to say the policy only pertained to shoes not clothing. It states that nowhere in their return/exchange policy.
