I went here a few months ago with my partner. It was OK at the time. At checkout, the clerk offered a discount in exchange for my email. I gave them a lame email to get this discount (since i don't trust companies with my data) and then went on my way.
Weeks later, I noticed a strange charge on my credit account. Evidently, the store had signed me up for a service using my card; strange but whatever. I canceled it.
A few days later I noticed even more charges, this time for magazine subscriptions; USING MY CARD. I didn't trust it this time and opted to instead dispute the charges and cancel my card to avoid further charges. I have filled a BBB report since, while I might have consented to the first additional charge due to not paying attention, the subsequent magazine subscriptions were clearly fraudulent.
Of course, it is entirely possible that I just got my information stolen from elsewhere. In that case, why did my partner and friend also have the Exact. Same. Thing happen to them?
Very peculiar!

Favorite store at Sugarloaf Mills....when they're open. Two straight days 8/11/24 and again 8/12/24 they were closed. Numerous other trips to this mall they have been closed. What's the deal ? Highly disappointed.

While the staff I interacted with were quite nice, the rest of my time at this location wasn’t fantastic. I was there shopping for dvds, and the entire dvd section was disorganized and hard to find what I was looking for. And I could understand other customers messing it up, even though it was a lot of dvds in the wrong place. What really bothered me though was the price. Charging $20-$40 in some cases for used dvds? If they were new sure, but used? Used to be a place I could get movies for cheap, but now they are so overpriced. Think I will stick with the record store I found, their DVD’s are actually priced well for used ones.

We’ve been waiting outside the store for about an hour long , it said online they open at 10am but he showed up at 10:57am when he showed we were happy it finally open but when entering the man said “ if your younger then age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult “ in a rude way pointing his arms to leave . Even thoughts there’s no really merchandise for adults . But when we left we saw other customers enter and they hadn’t been told to leave even though they look to be our age , me and my friends really waited an hour just to be asked to leave just for not being 18 even though there’s merchandise meant for children and all ages. Also didn’t ask for no id or anything just assuming we weren’t and telling us to leave , but what made me upset was that he came late because he was holding a popeyes bag.

FYE offers a fantastic selection of merchandise. We found some awesome Naruto items and great gifts for our friends, making for a satisfying shopping experience.

I have been shopping at this mall since it was Discover Mills. So I’ve been shopping at this FYE for a VERY VERY long time and pre Covid the store was always a mess and unorganized and you could never find an associate to check you out! But now Corey and his fabulous team consisting of Angela and Jalen is wonderful! The customer service is the best I’ve had in years at a retail store and the store is clean and uncluttered! I’ll be back just for their smiles and customer service!

Bought 2 blankets a week ago they didn’t take the theft tags off ?. Can by today at noon. & the store was closed. I can tell they won’t be in business much longer. Guess I’ll go back tomorrow they don’t answer the phone ever.

Today was a very traumatic experience for my sister and I. I went in FYE to look for record player for my birthday. After seeing what they offered, I went to the counter asking for assistance. I was immediately met with a nasty demeanor and horrible customer service from a black, 5'6, skinny employee who then proceeded to accuse my sister of cutting her eyes at him. He threatens her by severely screaming at her saying "ma'am with the pink bag you can get out of my store since you want to cut your eyes." Everyone in the store heard it. One of his friends (who isn't an employee) was so kind to help me grab the merchandise to take to the counter for a price check. I asked the rude employee what his name was and he goes "I don't give out my name and you were rude when you asked about the price."I promise to God and my Lord Jesus Christ, as a minister of the Gospel, I would have never just been rude. But mall security, mall management, corporate, AND Gwinnett County police department have been informed along with the recordings (oh yes I was prepared after strike one) and he will be dealt with accordingly because verbal abuse will never be tolerated.

Dont let them get to you by "helping" you "save money" I was under the impression that it was a FREE loyalty program as most stores have but no, you only get a free 30 day trail and after that it will charge your card automatically, I was unaware and the employee that checked me out did not mention that crucial piece of information

DO NOT LET THEM "SAVE YOU SOME MONEY"As I was checking out when the cashier began to walk me through the steps of signing up for a membership that would've netted me a discount without informing me that it would cost money. it wasn't until I walked away and was looking at all the goodies she gave me that I was going to be charged a monthly fee. I had planned to cancel it but of course I forgot and a month later I got hit with the charge, just ignore them when they ask you if you want to sign up, it's not free, unless you shop at FYE multiple times a month.

Excellent
