1 star because I might find 1 item. 0 stars because of the racist manager. I'm new to the area so I've only been to the store 4x's. Each time the manager doesn't greet me, I'll ask a question, he doesn't look at me, the 3rd. time I had a pair of jeans, he looked at me and told me, "this isn't the sticker price, this is a ticket for a blouse." " Okay, well that's your employees fault." "I can deny your sell." "Sir, it's not my fault you have to talk to your employees, don't blame the customer. " " Well I'll give it to you this time. "
The next time I go in there, he will not get away with his comments again!!!!

Not a fan of this place. I love treasure hunting but the manager here went on a rant about the tags being changed as he rang me up. He kept insinuating that I changed the tags and when I asked him if he if was implying that I changed that tags he said no but continued his LOUD rant as he rang me up. This is Goodwill! The stuff was donated and I REGULARLY DONATE and shop here to support the mission. His behavior was so disgusting. Not sure if he was having a bad day but I didn’t appreciate the rant or aggression. Very poor customer service. I expected more from the manager.

Great goodwill, they don't sell online as most other goodwill do. You can still find some great deals here. I'm sure that will change eventually but as of now a great goodwill.

Phénoménal location, massive inventory, the customer service was not amazing would be the only con, they weren’t disrespectful but not very amicable as well.

Can’t even refund furniture that hasn’t been picked up yet that is still on the floor. All they have to do is retag it. Other than that this was a decent goodwill. I won’t be back here though.

This goodwill was not the BEST. Was not too bad either. The lighting is so bad and it smells like old musty mildew inside. It has the typical goodwill layout. There wasn't even music playing it felt still and weird. The clothes weren't anything amazing. I didn't find many unique items. Overall I would go to the one on Ronald Reagan. That one is quite the experience.

Straight up, this is a thrift store. Tha said you can find anything as long as its been donated. If you're looking for a bargain, come here. If you want a particular item, brand style you may not find it. Books can be a great find. I shopped an entire 16 book series at Goodwill Stores in a few months. Stumbled across furniture and clothing finds as well. Browse with an open mind.

This place was really a quick transaction. I went there to donate dress clothing, dress shirts, and just pretty much either church or business apparel. Whatever the buyer wanted to use them for. I went in to ask where I need to park because I had a lot of clothing, all on hangers covered with plastic that comes from the cleaners. They told me where to park and someone would come out to help me within a minute and they did. They unloaded my truck and put the clothing in a few bins and rolled it back into the store and brought me a receipt. With this receipt you have to register online for a tax credit. It normally takes the day after to put it into the system. When you register you tell them approximately the value after depreciated value. You also tell them everything you donated. Once you do that, they will send you a tax receipt in the email right away to file for your taxes. I found out the most the state will give you is $300 filing single and $600 filing married. I'm not sure if the Federal taxes will pay you a deduction during tax time.

They have good items, but the customer service is terrible. You would think you're not a paying customer based on their services. The dressing rooms are closed and there is no indications of that unless you addressed by staff. I was not addressed very kindly. disappointed.
