My before, the pictures I showed and the after. I literally wanted 2 inches cut off and some light layers at the end. Iām sorry; itās just not what I asked for at all. Will not be returning. Iāve never felt so ugly. Please donāt say you can do a haircut if you canāt do the haircut.

Over priced. Went in for trim only and it took lady 3 minutes but she charged me for full haircut. Not going there againā¦ trims are usually 10-12 but she charged for full haircut. Tina, I have been going there for 3 yrs and today was the last time I go.

Please avoid the Natalie, the middle aged asian lady at all costs!!! She does not listen to you for what you want and just goes ahead and does what she wants or thinks is best. Worst of all she cuts your hair in about 5 minutes and doesnāt do a detailed, clean job and left all these stray hairs. She has no customer service presence whatsoever. She ruined both my hair and my boyfriendās hair too. Never again.

So, weāve been coming to this hair cutting place for years (my son). They started doing online check in, which is fine and great. We usually come in here after school. Soooo when they started doing online check in, the people who cut hair skipped us even though we had sat there patiently waiting our turn. I asked the lady why they are skipping my son, her answer is ābecause they checked in onlineā. Ok, we wait at least 1.5 hrs until he gets his hair cut. Today, I checked him in online and the wait time was 69 min. and itās said that they would text me to let me know he is next in line. Fine, I get the text that said your next in 15 min. Iām 3 min. from them, we get there and the lady tells us that we are not in the system as checked in?I show her the text I received from them and she continues to tell me that we are not in the system. At this point she has another girl sitting and waiting to start her hair cut. I explained to her that I checked my son in online and their system stated there was a 69 min. wait and they will send me a text when itās his turn. She kept reaping that we were not in the system. I said fine! How long will it take for my son to be next, she said 45 min., ONLY if no one that has already CHECKED IN ONLINE??comes in??āāļøI lost it!! The girlās mom that was sitting in the barber chair finally said it was ok to give my son his hair cut first is when the lady finally gave my son the hair cut??She said that when you check in online, after an hour, the system deletes you??āāļø??āāļø??āāļøShe couldnāt tell me why I got the text even though we were deleted from the system. No apology, no nothing!! It didnāt even take her 15 min. to cut my sonās hair and we were done and out of there. This experience was just confusing and plain $+u!|) I still gave her a $5 tip!!
