“First time using their bulk submission. I opted for detailed screening and was surprised that they said a card had print error and I opted to grade it anyway. It graded a 10. Their screening otherwise was okay but their estimated grades were lower than actual grade in 8 or 9 cards. I know it is only an estimate but seemed a little bit lower than actual grades.”

Very disappointed- went to shop for crafts for the grandchildren and saw sign by puzzle for 40% of all puzzles, so I picked up 2. When I got home noticed I did not receive the discount so used the “ contact us” on website.
Confusion about store signage- it stated all puzzles 40% off
