I strongly advise against using Jiffy Lube again. I had my oil changed there a few months ago, and now I’m facing a $16,000 bill from Dodge to replace my entire engine. Michael, a representative from Jiffy Lube, was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns, even suggesting foul play on my part. Why would I tamper with my oil filter when I rely on this vehicle to commute for my job as an Army Recruiter and to transport my kids to daycare and school? This situation is incredibly unprofessional. I shouldn’t be responsible for the costs of a new engine for my 2020 Ram 1500 when the oil filter wasn’t properly installed, especially when my oil meter still indicated 20%. This has left me in a tough financial situation, and my kids are struggling with unreliable transportation while my vehicle is in the shop.
I also spoke with there insurance company and they claim oh my oil filter would have shot off which is not true after speaking with my mechanic

They change oil after 2 hours stop on highway bc they not put nothing inside on engine. After that you need to wait 2 days bc menager he need to check cameras. Worst worst worst!!!! Unprofessional, zero star ⭐

The people that worked on my car were extremely nice. I had my oil checked and I also had an emissions inspection done. They were also fast and there was no wait. I will return to have my other car done there this week.

Tried twice to get an emissions test and they couldn't accommodate either time. The first time was because the inspector was "out for lunch".. at 4pm. Seems like quite the time to go for lunch, 2 hours before closing.

Poor excuse of mechanics in this place. Passed my emissions test however some of my dashboard lights stayed on after it and they did not know how to fix it. Now Im going to the dealer to pay for a mistake they did. Also the “mechanic” in the breaks section has an extremely condescending tone and was extremely useless.
