Shouldn't have came here.My real nails is ripping off.I went to another nail shop that monitored my middle finger nail being fragile. I came here one day instead the other shop because this shop was open and I do like change. At work some new kid locked the door when they're usually open and I injured my nail. The other shop tended to that one lightly and reminded me I must be mindful. I liked the quality, I felt they looked high class at this shop the acrylic cat eye. I even thought it was nice how securely the tips were glued to my real nail. I did tell her please be mindful of this middle nail it's fragile right now. At home a minor slip of the laundry basket, the acrylic tip is ripping off my real nail.I come to the shop for a repair. My hands hurt. It was a different woman from the owner. I really don't care she was so rude. She grabbed me by the bleeding nail and flipped my hand over and asked real nasty what happened. I'm very calm. But I was livid. People mistreat black women like me quick. I said I guess a band aid? She laughed and said sarcastically yea a band aid will help that. I look it up and my nail is half way ripping out the nail bed so it has to be stitched. Then say it girl. Say it has gone beyond my expertise. Why was she nasty? I'd like her to reflect on herself. I should've been patient and went to the shop I'd been going to. They were mindful, this one wasn't and I really believe my services from this one is what made it worse. I went back to the first shop to remove these nails from King nails. My middle finger nail was not ripping half way out before I came to the shop. I don't need to show you a photo. Don't come here. The owner is so pleasant. I apologize whoever that nail tech is, she needs a compassionate buisness hand. Makes more money.I thought I would come back here and thats why I did, but to be treating me nasty over a nail repair. And then grab my nail from where it's bleeding. You have no idea how strong I am to endure that pain. That doesn't mean inflict more. What were you thinking? It's better to tell people in weighting. In person they deny and holler at you, this way they really consider it silently your words. That was mean and totally uncalled for. And then to not even tell me the truth you saw in my nail.Don't come here..Warned you.I really enjoy I Love Nails right across the street. The gentleman there is so good. SO good.

If you are used to clean and sanitary nail salons….DO NOT COME HERE! They are the nastiest nail salon I’ve ever been to! They DO NOT use new products, and when you request it, they charge extra. The tech used a brush on my feet and HANDED it to the tech beside her to use in the person’s feet seated next to me. The other tech swished the dirty brush in the dirty water she was using on the other customer and proceeded to use the USED brush on the customers feet!! Nothing was opened fresh, NOTHING. The towels look nasty, there is no plastic in the pedicure bowls (and they do not sanitize it after each customer, they simply rinse it with cold water). I will never come here again and I wish I could give them 0 stars. If you are used to a luxury nail experience, please don’t come here…I see why it’s 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and it’s empty ??Service: Pedicure

I go here at least once a month for SNS and to get my eyebrows done. Everyone is very friendly. Pricing is reasonable and they have good variety of colors.

Got here and the 1st thing the lady tried to do is sit me by someone, clearly not social distancing. I had to ask for the clear tub lining she wasn't happy about that. She started speaking in her native language. Darn it, now I wish I had paid more attention in my foreign language class! LolsShe then left me in plain old non colored water nothing. Not a fizzy thing at all. When I asked her about it she said I can't get the massage because of the liner.then she left me to tend to someone else. Really. Thanks but no thanks. Won't be back.

Okay Went to this salon while family was visiting dentist nearby. Not busy as it’s mid morning so cool. Inquired for a gel pedicure was told $38. So I go and sit at the assigned bowl. Now I’ve been sitting for 35 minutes in a pedicure bowl and water while 2 people worked on one client and another completed a pedicure in a chair a few bowls down from me. I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind sitting initially. As my family confirmed they were done with their dental appt, I go to leave that’s the first time they showed any urgency. As they are in the same plaza, family walked over to sit with me so I could start my pedicure. Had to request on more than one occasion that the tech be sanitary included plastic in the soak bowls, new or disposable pumi stones etc. I was then told that in order to have a unused pumi stone I would have to buy it for $7. At this point, I’m done I don’t want the pedicure. I have to pay for you to be sanitary during the time of COVID!!?? They didn’t have any disposables ones and wanted to smooth my feet out with a pumice that they have used on God only knows how many feet all while they set behind a make shift plastic guard to protect themselves and require you to wear a mask. Pretty ironic. On top of my repeatedly asking her to not bend my toes to file as this results in crooked filing. She did it anyway and got upset that I was upset by it. I stopped the pedi and ask how much to pay for what she has done and which is clip my cuticles and misfile my right toenails she says $25 and then tries to say $7 for something else mind you nothing has been done but clipping my cuticles and clipping and misfiling my toenails. I refuse to pay $32 for that when it was $38 for a complete pedi with gel polish included. They are lucky I paid anything at all for such unsanitary service that I stopped for my own health. A customer in the store offered to pay for the new pumice stone but money wasn’t my issue the poor business practices were. WILL NOT BE BACK!! Also wouldn’t trust my services to people who willingly put your health at riskService: Pedicures

Would not recommend, the nail tech cut my finger beds when filing my nails and made me bleed! Worst nail place I have ever gone to.

DO NOT GO HERE!I saw this place on google because the nail salon I usually go to was closed and couldn't wait...The lady with the short hair cut my fingers TWICE! I told her about it and she said "I didn't mean to" like how did you not mean to? She was even wearing glasses! She also pressed on the side of my nails to the point where it hurt! If I could I of rated this place a 0!!
