Kroger Marketplace

Grocery Stores
Hours: Kroger Marketplace is a well-regarded grocery store known for its cleanliness, organization, and wide selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and household essentials. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with special praise for the store manager and deli staff. Customers appreciate the convenient digital coupons and rewards program, as well as the reliable pickup and pharmacy services. However, some reviews note issues with slow service, particularly at the Starbucks counter, and a lack of leadership from management. There have also been concerns about young employees being distracted by their phones while on the job, which can impact the overall customer experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, the majority of reviews highlight Kroger Marketplace as a great place to shop, with one customer describing it as "the new grocery home" and praising the store's amazing management, helpful stock crew, and overall cleanliness and organization.
