I had to come here twice as a 2 part appointment. The reviews for every minute clinic around were awful however, my experience was great. All 3 women that assisted me were kind and had me in and out quickly. I visited early am on the first day and around rush hour the 2nd day. I recommend them if you need something simple done.

Not only did they send a clearly sick person ( Strep throat) away because they had a problem with thier own system, but they were exceedingly rude. This clinic chose to put my family in danger because they did not want to address the problems with their own appointment system. Go somewhere else!!! Sorry I am forced to give a whole star!

THE PRACTITIONER THAT SEEN ME WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE DID NOT GREET ME SHE JUST POINTED AND SAID GO IN THAT ROOM... I ASKED HER DO I CLOSE THE DOOR? SHE STARTED GETTING RUDE AND NASTY SAYING IS THERE SOMETHING PERSONAL YOU NEED TO TELL ME AS I SAID NO I JUST WASNT SURE SHE KEPT GOING BEING VERY INVASIVE WHEN IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION. SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THIS WAS MONTHS AGO ONLY REASON IM LEAVING A REVIEW NOW BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS SICK AND IM MAKING AN APPT AND THIS LOCATION PULLED UP... OH HECKKK NAWWWW NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION.

The minute clinic staff here are rude and unprofessional. I brought my kids here for shots because I just moved to town and all the local pediatricians offices I called are slammed and booking appointments over a month out. If you have any other options available to you I would suggest going elsewhere, maybe even the local health department.

Candace was awesome. I will recommend this place to friends and family. I was skeptical because of the comments but I'm so glad I tried it out. Seems to me they may have new staff because the lady that was there was nothing but nice and willing to share knowledge to help with any concerns I had. I will definitely go back, I've scheduled another appointment for my son for his next shot.

I had set an appointment and I arrived early like the directions told me too. I didn’t get seen into almost an hour later, and whoever the physician was that day, couldn’t even see me and so my hour was wasted. She rescheduled my appointment and then they went and cancelled my rescheduled appointment. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Do not EVER go here! Not worth the time and effort! I wouldn't go here if it was free!! I took my friend here because she was having a terrible cough, congestion, and headache; the coughing and congestion was the worse for her. When it was our turn, Esther fortingo came out to see us and I had a bad feeling already! Her face and attitude told me she didn't want to be there. OKAY, we tried not to judge her just yet, but professionalism is definitely not there. Before we walked into the room we asked if her insurance is being accepted there and it would cover the cost. She looked at the insurance and responded "yes." After she checked her out she recommended cough syrup over the counter . I pushed for antibiotics because her coughs and congestion's were bad and it could lead to pneumonia. This women showed me a CHART!!! that's on the screen based on my friends symptoms and that's what it recommended!!! She didn’t even hear her chest out. She doesn't have any knowledge to diagnosed on her own she based everything on the chart. On top of that weeks later my friend got the full bill because they didn't accept her insurance . Omg DO NOT Go There! Especially if you're being seen by Esther fortingo!!!Edit: My friend congestion got so bad she went to another place and they prescribed her antibiotics stating she needed it. Do yourself a favor and just go to an urgent care place or a doctor office.

If it will be possible to put zero stars to my experience I WOULD!Not the CVS staff, I'm talking about this "clinic." The person who was going to attend me was a repugnant person. I could not even talk well cause' I have bronchitis, she didn't even care. She also was playing music from her cellphone, FOR REAL?She was tough with me, doing the same questions that I responded to make my appointment.I don't get how people like that is still working there. I had a similar situation two years ago in the same place. Today I just realized that nothing has changed there!

Went to Minute Clinic. Didn't feel confident in the NP's care. May be a nice person...just didn't feel like quality care that I have experienced in other Minute Clinic.

Never going back here. Set up an appointment and was 2 minutes late, and they said the system had deleted my appointment. Was told to make another one and there wasn't one available for 3 more days. Then they took in a lady that was behind me and it wasn't even her appointment time yet lol.I'm done with minute clinics. Save your time/money and go to your primary doctor. Their appointment system is just atrocious.

Judith is very rude she is not a people person. She’s very abrasive can’t blame it on culture she’s just rude and curt. I asked for her name because I told her I was going to complain she gives me the phone number to complain to she told me I don’t need her name. You really have no where to make a complaint when you call the number you have to give all your personal info. I guess this is what we have to look forward to. Anyway I got her name from the pharmacist Judith, the worst.
