We have been looking for a consistent and quality groomer since moving to Georgia about 5 years ago. Yes it has taken that long. Our bichon came from the back of my cute pawz with a smile on her face and once seeing her fresh cut, I was smiling too. Thank you my cute pawz! We will be back

Good price for a full groom and nice service, unfortunately they weren't able to bathe my cat because of anxiety. They charged me full price anyways

I’ve taken my dog here 3+ times, they left him looking decent but will just complain about him saying he’s an “bad dog”. Asked for nails to be cut they didn’t even touch them. Complain about special handling and my dog only weighs 20lbs. He’s a gentle dog but is scared of clippers. Took him in for a 4th visit they refused to give him service because of special handling. They pick and choose who to work with and are “scared” of small dogs “fighting it”. I asked if they have muzzle, they said yes and said they don’t think I would be okay with putting it on. I said yes it’s okay. Lady said “no it’s not okay! Come pick him up!” Very rude and just wasted my time. I thought groomers knew how to handle all types of dogs especially small dogs…

If I could give a half star or a no star review I would! Horrible customer service, very rude. They will make excuses about not wanting to do a service if they do not like your dog. Gives customers “stank” look. Made degrading comments about my dog. Very disrespectful & unprofessional they do not deserve your money.

Let me start off by saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The first issue I had was that although they were priced too high for the service, they went on to text me half way through the grooming session to tell me that they were assessing $15 because my dog wouldn't sit still. When I arrived to pick him up they showed me a video of the woman shaving his foot and him pulling his foot back. This, they said, meant two people were required; hence, an extra fee was assessed. My dog is 8lbs by the way and not aggressive at all. Next, when I picked up my dog they attempted to charge me another additional $15 because they assumed my dog was over 10 lbs even though I had already told them he was 8.4 lbs. The didn't re-weigh him, they just charged me based on their assumption until I said something and requested they weigh him there. He was 8.4 lbs. Lastly, my dog had fleas the next morning. When I texted them about this, she asked if he does monthly treatments. Yes, I said. Her response was then essentially "well, I wish I knew why your dog is on the treatment but still gets fleas". For a split second, I could appreciate the humor, but then I remembered the $91 I paid for this terrible customer service. I mean, if this is acceptable for you, then cool, but it isn't for me, so we won't be back, and I do not recommend.

I had recently decided to switch my groomer because of my complicated schedule and the distance to that location even though they did great. Today was the first day I took my doggy to this location & the front desk assistant & the groomer were extremely nice! Very understanding and informative. My little dog looks super adorable & he was so happy after his haircut!

Because I wanted to book for a grooming asap, I called My Cute Pawz and they had availability the next day. Reasons why I will not return: 1. As a new client, you will need to send a deposit of $30 through Zelle ONLY to hold your appointment. No other method. Luckily I was able to ask someone else send it for me Bc my Zelle was not working. 2. They asked for you to bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccine (document) AFTER deposit went through. What if I did not have the paperwork handy? Then they would've wasted time having me sent over deposit. 3. Overpriced and will charge more depending on the weight of your dog. I paid over $100 total and that included teeth brushing. I've only paid between $60-$80 for full grooming at other places.

A just had a horrible experience with Cutz Paws. I have taking my dog there since 2018 without any issue. I take my dog only twice or three times a year. Never late definitely never a no show. Everything was fine until I called for an appointment today. I was told that I had a no show from May 26th. Also I was told that their policy changed and they had informed me of this. I never made an appointment for May and I never heard of this policy. I went back and forth with her, I finally I ask about customer service. When in doubt isn't the customer supposed to be right? She said yes but continue to explain her policy change and so on. She did call me back, only trying to prove that she did send me some correspondence. I think because of my good record with her, once she saw the misunderstanding, this should have been a no issue. Took my appointment abou and see if this would every happen again.

I'm here to comment on all the bad reviews. I think it's unfair to rate a place 1 star because you've been turned away as a client. I've been a groomer for 15 years and travel all over the country. I've groomed at Yilins shop when I'm in Atlanta as a licensed and insured pet stylist. Yilinn is one of the most gifted groomers I've ever met. She is so popular shes booked out far in advance and reserves the right to turn away naughty pets or dogs who pose health risks. This is a 1 groomer shop. She needs the dogs groomed every 3 months or less so it's less stress on both the dog and her hands. She doesnt take elderly dogs because dogs that are old or are misbehaved require additional special handling and time. Old animals get over heated and nervous due to vision and hearing loss, high blood pressure and heart issues that begin at this age and are aggravated by stress. They are best suited to find a groomer and stay with that groomer or see a vet groomer so if an emergency comes up they can be attended to immediately.Yilinn speaks english but it's her second language. She is not rude. She is matter of fact and to the point. She will be honest if your dog shows its butt. Other groomers may lie just so you'll come back. This is an exclusive upscale salon that accepts clients who agree to keep their beloved pets maintained every 12 weeks or less. Thats best for the pet. This salon has won Best of Gwinnett for years in a row now. For good reason. I groomed an elderly schnauzer when I was there as a visiting groomer. She was on a maintenance plan. If your pet comes regularly they can grow old there. Please give this salon a chance if you plan on investing in your pets skin and coat and good mental health.

I can honestly say I have never been so offended by the lack of appreciation for me spending my money here. The lady who was to groom them did not show up until 1 and my pups had been there since 9:30 am.She is unbelievably rude and I don’t think she cares to deal with people outside of her ethnicity. When I explained that there was no reason for my dogs to be finished being bathed and dried by 10:30 and have to wait 3 hours for service she attempted to say that was grooming standard practice. She was confrontational, combative, over talked, and condescended. Keep your money!

Will not be returning. This Groomer ground down my dogs toe nails and one was too close, exposing the nail bed. When my dog got home, noticed him leaving blood prints on the floor. My vets were closed, so we took him to Emergency Care. The Groomer denied anything happening to my dog. Be careful signing and reading the waiver of liability in the in paper work.

Like any typical dog grooming place. The lady at the counter was a bit rude - also didn't like how the dogs were barking/crying in the back by themselves.
