The owner, Jim, is the greatest. Our daughter is starting at UGA and we are out of state. There were no good options in Athens to ship dorm essentials in advance of her move. We reached out to Jim since his Pak Mail location is located roughly halfway between Atlanta and Athens. He allowed us for a nominal fee to ship whatever we needed to his store (i.e., Amazon, Target, etc.) and then he kept it in a safe and secure manner until we arrived last week for the move in. Jim went above and beyond for us. Our flight was late and by the time we reached Lawrenceville, his store had been closed for several hours. However, Jim graciously agreed to come back to the store after hours to allow us to pick up all of our boxes. While it must have been intrusive on Jim's life to assist us, he did it with a smile and positive wishes for our daughter's move to Athens. We cannot thank Jim enough for his help. I highly recommend Jim's Pak Mail store to anyone including future out of state UGA students who find themselves in the same predicament as us. Go Dawgs!

The gentleman who works here is great.
The woman who works here is not friendly. Does not say “hello” back. I have been here several times while she is working- it’s not like she is not having a “bad day” she just does not say hello back.
It would be great if the gentleman would explain to the woman working that it is very nice to at least say hello when customers enter your place of work.
She expects people to know where she wants us to set our packages, she doesn’t say “oh you can set your package right here” and she definitely won’t grab it from you.
She also refuses to give receipts for prepaid packages, even though it’s a very common thing to give receipts…you know for proof of drop off, if my packages gets lost at pakmail, it would be their words against mine. Very odd practice for a BUSINESS

The older gentleman with long hair and the younger guy working there this Saturday, Dec. 9th are some of the nicest people I have ever met.
