Believe every single negative review you see because this is the WORST complex ever. The breezeways have trash, stains and are disgusting always. Valet trash is horrible and will mishandle trash bags so the trash gets everywhere. The mailbox trash is always overflowing and the compactor too. The gates never work and are always broken but never fixed. Constant emails from management reprimanding residents about the trash when the ball is being dropped on the maintenance side. The WiFi sucks but is charged with rent so you have to pay for it. The doors aren’t even insulated in the apartment and causes the electric bill to be outrageous because the insulation is so bad. Not even kidding could see the outside from underneath my front and patio doors. For $2,000 a month for a 2 bedroom do yourself a favor and find some actual nice apartments and save yourself the headache of horrible management and half a** maintenance. Glad I moved out of this place.

In the process of moving out. When bringing in my notice that I will not be renewing my lease, I was told that I was supposed to do it online. I then called again to make sure, and was told that that is not correct, and I was supposed to bring it to the leasing office.A staff member of the office did the walk through of my apartment and left 2 letters on 2 different days with the lowered amount of rent I am supposed to be paying for the final month. Once December first hit, they put the wrong amount on my rent app.I spoke with them and was told to submit payment for the proper amount, which I did on the first, just to have it rejected. (After they already added a late fee which was not supposed to be there)Mind you, they also forgot to add me on the move out list. After calling and receiving no answer (typical), I went to the leasing office on my lunch break to find answers for why my rent wasn’t accepted. I was told to wait for a call, but I cannot trust them to give me a call when they can’t even remember to put me on the move out list after all of the back and forth with ME reaching out to them. Trying to situate moving out should not be this much of a hassle.

Online the property looks better than what is seen in person. Although I had an appointment no one was in the office. When someone finally came to show me an apartment she said she was at the post office. In the time it took waiting for help I was able to look at the horrible reviews on google. The hallways were dirty with trash as stated not sure how often the valet trash picks up.The fees they charge are ridiculous and rent is over $2000 after they add in all the extra unnecessary fees.

Ms. Natalie Alexander (Leasing Consultant) is the main reason why I am a new renter. Her mannerisms are exceptional. She exceeded my expectation and standards of living and she was able to make me feel comfortable with my decision. This entire process took less than 3 days. She assured me that I would get the apartment despite my worries and anxiety. When I cried on her shoulder when she told me I was accepted for the apartment, she was receptive and hugged me back. I have connected with her since day one and I pray that she gets compensated for the hard work she’s fulfilling. I am happy with my newly renovated apartment despite little issues then again, you’ll get that every where you go!

My kitchen sink leaked water for 2.5 days. The 911 team did not show or communicate the entire weekend. I had to miss work Monday morning and show pictures of water on the floor and their new cabinets being damaged before maintenance arrived. The guy that came was very nice though.

This is one odf the best staffs I have had the pleasure to meet. I didn't remember all the names, but the greeting upon entry was very welcoming. And a high praise to Ms. Shannon Glover for being patient with all my questions and giving me detailed explanations. PARC@980 is a great place to to reside.

This was my son's first apartment & it has been the worst experience! They will take u to court over one late payment, even when u try to pay it so make sure u get documentation bc thats the only way it will save u in court! There's always police there for situations! The place smells like weed, the halls & stairwells are disgusting! Thankfully he was able to get out of there w/o breaking the lease that would affect him in the long run. Terrible place & worst experience!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I suggest not moving here. The layout of the apartments are beautiful and spacious, but there is constant noise living here, like thumping, banging, slamming, stomping. I have had both covid and the flu this past week and was startled out of my sleep or kept up late at night almost every day due to the constant banging from the apartment above me. Things have been dropped so hard on the floor it caused my ceiling to shake. When I am not having to hear constant banging around over my head, there is the constant smell of weed funking up my apartment. My family came to visit to make sure I was okay this week and immediately commented on the funky, smokey smell in my unit. These are supposed to be smoke-free units, but that is not abided by.Even though I am downstairs my every move can be tracked by the people above me. I try to separate myself from the noise, but it just seems to follow me to the room I am in. It doesn't matter if I go to another bedroom, bathroom, living room or the kitchen. The rent is too high to have no privacy. You can also hear conversations word for word if you talk above a whisper, through the walls and floors. I am not nosey so I don't sit around and listen to try to make out what others are saying, but there is no guarantee you'll get that in returnThe walls and floors are too thin for these to be multi-family units. I am sure if some insulation and dropped ceilings were installed, the number of noise complaints received would go down instantly. The Spectrum internet is bundled into the lease and has not worked since I moved here. If it were not for the help of the Regional Manager, Nicole, my requests for assistance would have continued to be ignored by the front office. To be clear, yes, you are expected to pay for an internet service that does not work. The office is aware that the internet is horrible, but does not care unless the people above them intervene. There is black mold in my bathroom, which I have put in a ticket for, but it still hasn't been addressed. The fire alarms went off this week, and since then, there has been a red box beeping with the word "trouble" flashing. I can hear it in my unit, and it can be heard by the people I am talking to on the phone. It has been beeping for four days now and still hasn't been addressed. And yes, I put in a ticket about it, which was closed, but the issue is not fixed.I love the space I have living here, I love the layout of my unit, but the other circumstances outweigh the pros.

Great tour with Lazara! She was friendly and helpful in explaining the process. The site is well kept despite the renovation of apartments. My only recommendation is the complex should pressure wash the hallways.

I decided to fill out an application the same day! I sure hope once moved in the excellent customer service will continue throughout my lease term. Thank you Ms.Christine ?

Please trust the reviews DO NOT MOVE HERE I have been here since February 2023 and I hate it I will not be renewing my lease. It’s a lot of issues with this property and how much I pay it is not worth it. The rent office never answers the phone , amenities don’t work ,etc. They also send out residential notices where Everyone can see what they are penalizing Residents for which I feel like should be more discrete. The Wi-Fi sucks as well even if it is community Wi-Fi for me to be charged every month it rarely connects.

I’m so over this place I don’t even know where to start ! Let’s start with the valet trash that you have to pay for every single month but they come when they want. The internet that’s included in the rent and the connection is so terrible you have to get a separate internet account to just use internet. The breezeways need to be sprayed with bleach MONTHLY it’s so nasty and dirty in the hallways. The parking is horrendous! You can’t parked anywhere in this place , so I ended up getting a whole garage ($75) to reduce the time it takes me to find a parking space but yet I come to see someone has parked in front of it…. Who is gonna tow the vehicle ??? Not the signs that say MCCullough towing company because they’re out of business! And there is no after-hours service to help with any assistance. I see numerous reviews about how nice the staffing is in the front office, I would be nice to you too because I’m getting paid and don’t have to live here ! I have my own gym membership so i use the gym that people still the equipment in. And the unresponsive service tickets that go unanswered it’s just too much!! I’m ready for the lease to be over.

Do not apply to live here. The process is unreliable, and not worth the headache.Upon touring a model one bedroom unit, I was enticed to apply because the apartment was beautiful and spacious, the quoted price was right, and I loved the location. However, the process in itself was so unclear and a major pain.I submitted an application (along with $300 in applicant & admin fees) for a particular one bedroom unit at an alleged set price the same day I toured it and was given a quote. When logging back into my applicant portal a few days later to see if I had been approved (the application and depository money had been sent in which should've locked in the unit I applied for at the originally quoted price) I was startled to see that the proposed quoted rent had been increased by $400, and the unit had been changed to a different building, different floor level, and was now a two bedroom rather than a one bedroom. I immediately called the office to inquire about this, which I could not get into contact with the actual on-site office. I left multiple messages with the off-site/corporate office over the course of a few days, to which I was informed I would be contacted by the on-site people and never was.It was eventually explained to me by my leasing agent that they couldn't guarantee my unit due to it needing renovations and could not accommodate the dates I needed to move in with a unit equivalent to what I asked/applied for to begin with because essentially there were too many applicants for the amount of units available, despite what is indicated on the website (as a result of needed renovations for some of the units listed as available). The only reason this review is getting one star, as opposed to none, is because the leasing agent I worked with, Beatrice, was so incredibly helpful throughout this entire process. She answered all questions I had when touring. When I couldn't get into contact with the office myself, I reached out to her to facilitate communication. She made herself available via cell to answer any questions or look into information at anytime by either text or call. I cannot thank her enough for her help. And thankfully, because of her, I was able to have resolution and withdraw my application. Fortunately I was able to get the money I paid in fees back, but I would say save yourself the time and the headache. It really just seems as though the management doesn't have their sh*t together, at least in terms of being able to accommodate future tenants through their online software. I would say that there is a lack of professionalism for both their onsite and offsite offices, given that on three different business days I called multiple times and could not get through onsite due to the "community line is busy," and the offsite people telling me they would relay messages that didn't ever seem to get through....I cannot speak to the living experience, but if this is how prospective tenants have to go through I can't imagine that the actual tenants are having their needs met.
