I went there to ask about a bank account and the bank rep walks up with NO mask on just talking away and they have the nerve to have a notice or disclaimer on the door stating they there are not to be held liable if you get sick or die. He didn't even create a reasonable distance. I know the bank wants to be personable but not at the risk of others.Where is the protocol? I don't know the bank reps vaccine status and they don't know the status of their customers so to stay on the safe side the bank reps that help with establishing an account should at least were a mask. It takes 30 minutes to an hour to set up an account. That's a large amount of time being in someone's face swapping germs. Protect your customers. Full disclosure, the tellers did have masks on.

I have come to this location multiple times to use their change machine. Today I brought in over $1700 in coins, and continually needed help. The staff was exceedingly kind, and Laura, the Head Teller, helped me FOR OVER AN HOUR!!! You do not find customer service like this anywhere else!!! They are AMAZING!!!!!!

My husband and I went to the branch on Saturday, only to find that the Saturday hours are for drive through only. Came back on Monday morning only to be told that we would have to call to inquire about home loans. We really wanted this to be a great experience, but at this point, we may need to go elsewhere.

My mother swears by this bank, but honestly when it comes down to it I’ve only had negative experiences. Not only did they not have mobile deposit until very recently, but when I did my first mobile deposit, they rejected it for seemingly no reason and I had to wait another 24/hrs to get MY MONEY. 30 min hold on the phone, no help, and the rep basically told me I was SOL. They frequently add holds to my account, pretty much every time I try and deposit my bankroll in person I have to sit and wait to talk to the manager and have her remove the hold. Don’t waste your time. If you are buying a house or whatever I’m sure they’re great, but day to day banking, this is not the place.

I hope my experience today will be much better than most of the reviews on his page . In the past years , doing business with this bank has had very good service for me , and yes new people come and go with many different businesses and changes in place , which should not change how all customers should be treated from the Employees of this bank .
