Straight to the point fix for my car! They also did a vehicle inspection report which was super helpful to know what other things to look out for in the future. I felt no pressure from them to get any of those things fixed. Will be coming back to get some of those things worked on in the future!

This PEPBOYS service was done faster than the PEPBOYS on West Pikes Street. The service was like night and day. West Pikes Street PEPBOYS took almost 8 hours to replace 4 tires even with having an appointment the last time I had to replace my tires. This location I was seen at my appointment time and they were finish installing my tires in less than 2 hours.

Hey guys, don't come to this place, they are liars. The day before yesterday my car had a misfire. I went to the company where I bought my car and they told me to go to Pep Boys to fix my car problem. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I ran a diagnostic on my car. They said my car was defective. They have to change two coils and spark plugs so I said okay. They charged me 120 and my insurance paid 222 and after they fixed my car it still has the same problem. I found out that the pep boys didn't even touch my car because after all these lies today I went to another mechanic and he said that the pep boys didn't even touch my car. This mechanic fixed my car now my car is totally fine. It was that simple to change a coil and spark plug, that's it. So people, when you come to this place, check your car. This place is someone lying to you to pay more. Don’t come here.

Went to get tires and an alignment and the employee named Renee helped me through the whole process for 2 weeks of me shopping around. They ended up having the best price and great customer service. Great job guys.

Made appoint for 10 AM to get car light diagnosed, arrived and was told they can't get to it today and they can do it tomorrow. Don't waste your time here

I was charged for an Oil change but the Technician never did the oil change on my Car. The technician provided poor service. I had to call Pep Boys back.
