I recently lost my dog after 11 years, and PetSmart in Lawrenceville was amazing. They overwhelmed us w their kindness and offered support in more ways than I could have imagined. Thanks to the groomers, store staff, and manager who helped us through a tough situation. We miss our Belle but able to say goodbye to her and help her cross over into a better place.

Horrible service! My dog was locked up in a cage for 6 hours. I called three hours after I dropped my dog off to get groomed, and they said that it would be another hour, so they would call me when they finished. They never called me to let me know my pup was done. their excuse was that the girl I talked to at first went off shift and they had bad communication skills. I will never bring my dog back here and anybody that does should expected to be let down. Find a groomer where your dog can play after it's grooming and can play while waiting to be picked up.

The store is well organized. They have an entire row of cat treats - more than anywhere else! ! !

I dropped off my dog at the spa service, and they were able to take him in, even though we were a little early. He looked completely refreshed when he was picked up, no odor, and fur was softer than tissue. They also have a Banfield Vet Clinic at this location, making this PetsMart a one-stop shop for all your pet needs.

The staff is always helpful. The aquatics department has a lot to be desired though. They don't have a very large selection of supplies and their fish usually look horrible.

Don't take your furry friend to have it trimmed. I just saw how 2 of them were being abused, one was pulling one's ears and the other was squeezing the other's paw, abusers ?

My experience was ok I mean I've seen better stores. The aquatic section needs a total makeover and more selections of fish though. Over all its a decent store to visit.

This a very well ran store. Employees are very helpful and pleasant. Well stocked and clean with very good prices. Might be a tad cheaper online but I like to support my local businesses.

Nice store and overall friendly staff.I go for cat products. (Prices are higher than Petco, but I don't have a Petco near me, so I have to go here.) I find that they don't carry the FreshStep lightweight litter that I use, so I have to go someplace else to buy that. I watch their sales and coupons.

Can't even rate y'all bad costumer service, this lady was rude to me trying to make it seem like I was trying to steal when all I wanted was to put the food that I bought to the car and leave the things I didn't buy so I could get the rest of my money but instead she came and started talking about how I was trying to "steal" to the other customers the lady name is Emily if y'all wanted to know but I don't recommend this area

I took my pup in this afternoon, I booked in the afternoon and had a 2 hr window before we showed up, 3:30 was the only time available today. If I waited until tomorrow we would have needed to pay the addl $5 weekend fee which is ridiculous. I could spend $5 at a thrift store on a treasure. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely Emily, she use to be our groomer and now is the asst mgr. Our pup was extremely happy to see her as I. We proceeded to the grooming check-in and I was appalled by how filthy it was and smelly- yuck, I was Leary to leave my pup there. It seemed busy but it really wasn't. Our pup had anxiety and I did too. We showed our updated vaccination paperwork. Had booked online and answered questions, it was quick check in. The entire time I wanted to take my pup and run. But we needed the grooming. When I left I caught up with Emily and let her know the condition of the place and she said she would look into it and it was unacceptable. We had picked the $33 pkg which included the anal gland thing, it was part of the pkg I selected. After 1.5 hrs I showed up to pick up pup and he wasn't ready, I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay I said sure, and asked if the anal gland procedure was done and the girl said no, I said its part of the pkg I selected. She stated I needed to have asked for it because it's not included and I should have said something during check in. What?!?! It's PART OF THE PACKAGE. The girl said she would make a notation and they would not do it. The asst mgr, Emily was called she said no, since Covid they don't do it unless asked. She sensed my frustration with the entire visit and waved the grooming fee. I took my pup wet and all because at this point we were going to run out of the place. I didn't leave a tip or say thank you. We are home now and in retrospect we will never go back. I took a pic, they had cleaned up a bit but it was still dirty.
