We stopped by Banter by Piercing Pagoda and greeted by Nikki. Had a wonderful experience brought our 6 month baby to get her ears pierced and she was very nice and had a great time. I totally recommend her.

Alana is amazing! She's got great customer service, knowledgeable, patient and skilled. She was very thorough and I love how seriously she took sanitizing her hands and wrists before the piercing. She explained the aftercare on a level that my teenager could easily follow! Recommend Alana!
