This is the WORST place to get your nails done! First off my nail tech fingernails were disgusting and dirty. It looked liked she hadn’t washed her hands at all. Underneath them were brown and yellow ? I should’ve left then but I said I would give it a try. I asked for. French manicure and ended up with boo boo. And lets discuss how they charged $69 for something that should’ve been $15. They disguise their prices and should be called “UnPolished!” I will never go back in life!!! Please don’t go here.Service: French manicures

Our tech was pretty good and my 9 year old loved her nails/designs. However, I wished they would have been more upfront with the pricing. A kid's mani+pedi was listed as $23, but after we finished they said $85! I had no idea a kid would be charged that much for gel polish. I was honestly thinking the $50s range was more reasonable. We told them it was our first time, and at no point did they discuss pricing. Clearer communication would have prevented misunderstandings. They also had explicit music videos playing on all the TVs -- super inappropriate, sexual stuff like"Freak Me" by Keith Sweat and "Knockin the Boots" and on and on, especially considering other kids were present. I eventually let my daughter play Youtube Kids to keep her distracted. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

One and done for me. This was my first time coming to this place. I’m not trying to bash it because I did like my nail tech but I will NOT be back. I paid $50 for a gel fill. I got no designs… nothing just a fill with gel. It’s a nice setting but unless you really just like coming here I’d go somewhere else for your nails. All they tell you when you get there is the fill starts at $23. I’m thinking cool.. what’s the most the gel will be? $12-$15. It was $20. Then they nickel and dime you from there. I keep my nails short and really simple. I can understand if they were really long and designed. For me it’s a one and done. Too many other affordable nail salons to pay $50 for a fill not even a full set smh… I hope this helps someone. Not a bad place and nice ambiance but keeping it strictly nails they are more overpriced than the other places in the area.Edit*** I had to edit this to add only 2 days removed since I got the fill and the top coat of the gel has start coming off and the color is fading.. like smh.. a $50 fill and it’s not lasting 2 days.. whoa. This is a honest review. You’ve been warned… ??

It's a nice salon. You need an appointment to come in. They do accept walk ins, but youre going to be waiting. However, they are a bit pricy for the service you get. For SNS, it starts at $45. For a glitter top coat (instead of clear), it's an additional $5, when other salons don't charge for that. What i mean by service is the nail technicians dont treat you like they are happy you're there. Like you're just a task they need to hurry and get through. On my recent visit- The color is uneven and i got cut several times. I was disappointed when i wasnt told beforehand that there was an additional $5 charge for the glitter topcoat. If the sample showing you the colors is missing and you ask to see the missing color, they lie and say the color doesnt exist. I had to look up the color on google to see if it is what i want. And then I asked for it and even though the color was missing from the sample, it was available to be used on their color wall, I just had to give them the number. (This is from diffrent technitians at the salon too, not just one). The ladies that wax my eyebrows and the receptionists are the ones that deserve 5 stars. They pay attention to detail and are very nice.

I came here once before with my boyfriend to get pedicures and it was really nice so came back again yesterday and I got pedicures again and SNS. Yes this place can be pricey but it is well worth it and they post their prices so you aren't really surprised. Don slayed my nails! Will be back!

I actually loved this place! I live close by and never thought about coming here until yesterday! I came as a walk in and the receptionist was awesome! He really was welcoming. The interior and whole place is so beautiful!! The nail tech was patient with me as I changed my toe color 3 times. And just hearing nearby conversations with techs and their clients made it seem like once people come, they stay. This is probably my new spot! But definitely come here and make an appointment first.

I have been a regular at this place for almost a year now and unfortunately will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism. I had a 2 o’clock appointment today to have my nails and feet done with two separate technicians. In order to try to squeeze as many people in as possible they gave one of my technicians away to another person. I have a newborn to return home to which is why I specifically requested to Have my service is done at the same time. They then told me to wait 30 minutes and another technician would be available. OK I’m fine with that. 30 minutes pass by and I see the technician who is supposed to be getting started on my pedicure begin to start doing someone else’s nails. My appointment was at 2:00 and now it’s 2:45 and he’s still working on someone else’s nails. What is the point in booking your appointment days in advance if you will have to wait a whole hour past your appointment time for your service? I left and went to Nails Max and they took good care of me and had good customer serviceServices: Acrylic nails

I like Polished, the ambiance is pretty, workers are friendly but need more training with pedicures!!!! Could have used mores scrubbing and dead skin removal, they barely touched the bottom of my feet. The color I picked was too light and I feel as a professional you should be able to suggest what is best for the client.

I love this place when it comes to getting my toes done. But for nails it’s a no.i loved the set, but it was way over priced. I paid 73$ for this and she told me to do solar because they would last long and not lift. 5 fingers lifted and it’s only been a week. For 73$ it wasn’t worth it at all. The design wasn’t even complex. Just lines. So I won’t be coming here for nails. Maybe for my toes.Service: Acrylic nails

The ambience is nice- it looks like a one stop shop. The front desk is far from professional. I went for a basic mani pedi. I asked for square round and I got whatever the hell shape she felt like doing I guess. I thought to myself I'm just doing this to kill time. I wasn't sure if she was arm wrestling my fingers and toes - they weren't in bad shape she was just rough. None of this was bad enough to complain about just a mental note. The nail polish section was pathetic for such a grand establishment. I had bubbling under the polish. Was the service performed? Yes. Was it relaxing? No
