We've had our sons at this school for years now. Our oldest is almost 5 and has been attending for over 3 years. Our youngest is now 2.5 and has been attending since he was born basically. We loved the old director and the staff when we first started and things continue to be great with the new director of the school. They've always been lovely people and both our kids love going to school. I keep seeing all these reviews about scratches and bruises and I'm just surprised that any parent would be surprised that their toddlers would have scratches and bruises. All toddlers fall, they're clumsy as they learn to walk and play with each other. If you've ever seen kids play with each other when they're 1-5 you know they'll scratch each other, maybe bite each other. We've had our kids come home with bite marks and scratches but the staff has always told us what happened, given us a report and told us what they did to clean the wound when necessary. I've always appreciated them and I know both my kids love their teachers and staff here. They do a great job teaching the little ones and I'm always surprised to hear my boys tell me what they learned that day. I would recommend any parent to attend this school and to get to know the staff, ask questions, and let your kids explore and thrive in new environments.

If you are looking for a great school , you found it! My oldest children attended, they are now 21 and 16. I have now 8yr old, 6 yr old and 3 yr old all my children have attended since we can remember! So many great years of great memories experiences and watching them grow. When staff show you how much they actually care thru out the years and will always have the best intentions for your children it shows! Thanks to all the staff for soo many wonderful years,.If I had to choose daycare all over again I would always pick them .Thank you Primrose StaffA happy mom that has trusted you for 21 years :)2 of my children did show signs of specials needs and I as the parent made the correct choice to move them where they can actually get the help they need academically for my child success. But still attend summer camp and after school programs.

I wish I could speak highly of this school but I cant. The teachers are rude, and there is absolutely no communication with the teachers, to the assistant director to the actual director. I ended up removing my son after a week, he was only there for ONE WEEK. Upon removing him I was then sent a bill for 2,670 dollars (WHICH I WONT BE PAYING) because I “didn’t let them know he was leaving”. He was barely even there for a week and he had CAPS. When I called the Director she RUDELY explained this to me. I heard mixed reviews about the school and should have drove right past it. It seems like a great school at first but once you’re actually there… it’s A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As a single mom, I wish I would have never put my son in the school.

After several months of my child attending This amazing school, I have seen a dramatic change with the new director and her staff, After communicating with several of the parents they have had nothing but positive things to say about the changes and the new director as well. First off the customer service is impeccable, where in the past it was just normal. The staff and the new director takes pride in ensuring that the children are getting a proper education and a safe environment daily. With all of the great things that are taking place with the new director I am proud and we highly recommend you taking a tour of this facility and see the outstanding work that the whole staff and the director hasimplemented to ensure that each and every child is safe and meeting all state regulations. If you don't believe me just take the tour and I promise you you will be sold. The school is clean and you’re always greeted with a smile and have a great day upon leaving.

My child’s experience was good until they hired a new director and all the old staff quit. The school took a dramatic decline after that. It would be in your child’s best interest to find another child care facility in the area. Trust every bad review you read about this school.

Our experience at this school has been an absolute nightmare. There is a reason this Primrose is rated at barely above 3 while the others in the area are 4.0 or higher. We took our tour as most parents do and were sold a dream. Safe environment, optimal learning, potty training, etc. All the things you look for in a preschool for your toddler. We've had none of those things. Our son has come home several times a week with bites and scratches. We are aware these things happen at this age but the frequency is alarming. The biggest issue is that if our child had not told us about these things or we didn't physically see them and ask questions, we'd have NEVER known. The teachers would not report and act as if they had no idea it happened which tells me they are not paying attention, there may not be a proper student to teacher ratio, or they simply don't care. Again, scary. Especially if your child is not able to verbalize what is happening. The turnover rate for staff is concerning and prevents children from having stability. Staff is also not very friendly. I have dropped our child off almost every morning since he began attending and oftentimes get ignored. The app used to "update" you on your child throughout the day has rarely been used. We may or may not get a picture a day, if that. No nap, food, learning, or potty updates. We feel as though he's learned nothing other than songs and habits picked up from other children. My husband has picked our child up several times unchanged for long periods to the point his pull up was sagging due to fullness or feces was caked on his bottom. When we began noticing the consistency and frequency of these issues, as well as our son and other children literally kicking and screaming because they didn't want to go inside the school, we voiced our concerns to Ms. Noreen and the director at the time. We we're told the issues would be addressed, but nothing changed after several talks. Last month we were so frustrated and concerned for our sons safety and other issues that we requested a meeting with the owners. The request was denied. We were not able to receive a phone number, email, or set up a meeting and were not told why. We finally put in our notice. We were finally able to speak to Andrew (owner) yesterday after my husband was livid due to a large, welted scratch found on our sons back they failed to report and tried to say was the same injury from the last incident (it clearly was not). He called as I was writing Felicia (other owner) on LinkedIN because that was the only way I could get in contact. Their concern was not of our sons safety issues, but of the remaining balance we had not yet paid (because initially we were told we didn't have to). Today was our child's last day and again, picked up with scratches on his face with no incident report. Our child is traumatized. We are relieved he is now safely out of this school and hope this review (along with the countless negative others here and on yelp) helps other parents know what to expect at this facility and make an informed decision for the safety and we'll-being of their children.

PSA. This is how they think after you signed the dotted line at Primrose in Lawrenceville, Georgia ga. I am a childcare provider, not a babysitter. If you think otherwise, come and visit my program. While I run a errand or two or three and leave your child unattended or mixed up with over age kids. I’m waiting for you guys to send another threatening letter to my wife about what she should do and i promise I’m stopping bye boiling up. I NEVER SEEN BLACK klan members TILL NOW. Do not send your kids here dangerous people.
