I made a unit change and Carlos, the manager at the lawrenceville georgia location, made the process so easy. I moved to a air conditioned unit and i am so happy. He saw I was moving my items by myself so he came by to check on me and offer help. He keeps the units clean. And they are really budget friendly. Just know what your need is and I am sure they have something that will work for you. Call Carlos if your near lawrenceville. Otherwise get that stuff out of your garage or car trunk and get it into a storage unit. Thank you Public Storage

Ebony at Public storage on Buford Drive, Lawrenceville was awesome!! She went above and beyond and again beyond to help me out with getting a lock removed from my unit. Good/great customer service is hard to find these days, but she provided just that! She deserve a raise!!
