This pharmacy is terrible for one they’re always unprofessional. When someone walks up they act like they don’t see you or greet you. Secondly they never answer the phone so you can call your prescription ahead of time opposed to have to wait around for it or go back home and leave the house again. I’ve updated my kids information many of times and it never saves so they give me a hard time with verification or act like they won’t give me my kids stuff if I can’t verify old information from years ago when I’ve updated it many of times. I’m about to switch pharmacies.

I always shop here but I had a bad experience recently.
I ordered a cake from Publix for my daughters 5th birthday, but when i brought it home and put it on the table, it was already falling apart. The icing was smeared, the structure was unstable, and the cake clearly wasn't put together properly. I contacted the store right away, and instead of offering an immediate solution, they told me I had to bring the damaged cake back. While I was on the phone with the person, the entire cake came crushing down because it was a 2 tier cake . The person did ask me if I could come to the store. I said yes, but she lost me when she said to bring back the damaged cake, and we will see how we can fix it. How was I supposed to pick up the damaged cake and bring it back. I was in tears.
It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering the event I needed it for. I expected better quality and customer service from Publix. I'm very disappointed.

My family has made it a tradition to get all of our birthday cakes from this Publix. The cake ladies in the bakery are always so nice and prompt with the cakes. They’re always beautiful.
The gentleman in the meat department with the beard is also very helpful and patient. (Was shopping for my meat-picky husband)

Terribly long waits when you have a sick teen in the car. No sense of urgency. Hour and a half waits. Literally never been anywhere that takes this long. Not impressed at all. Won’t fill a RX here again ever. 2nd time in 24 hours and both times awful.

Listen Beware of going to the pharmacy inside this Publix location (911 Duluth Hwy, Lawrenceville Ga 30043). October marks 12 years I’ve worked as a Publix Associate at Publix distribution and I’ve never felt as belittled and disrespected as I did while visiting this pharmacy today. The Asian girl that works in this pharmacy talks to people as if you are beneath her and she is doin you a favor by filling your prescription. *( Im not calling anyone to see if your worker comp covers your prescription either you pay cash or you don’t get your prescription, do you understand )* were her exact words to me.
Ive been injured for the last 3 months and because I can’t go long distances I have be having to go to the closest pharmacy to where I live, and every single time I have had to go to this pharmacy there has been a problem and it’s disgusting. I’m very disappointed that she is misrepresenting the Publix brand. And I will be filling a formal complaint.
Dear other customers and other people of color, I am very sorry if you have also come into contact with this lady and also had an unpleasant experience.

Excellent Customer service from the Green jacket.Also Pharmacist Kaitlan still feel the P**** of the needle.. ( Covid vaccine)They both smiled and said Goodbye..Awesome team work..

Why are the hours of this business not listed? Is it a secret?? Not real sure why this important piece of knowledge is missing. But would come in handy.

This is a big example for medical malpractice as well as poor customer service. I dropped off the doctor’s prescription and was told to come back in an hour to pick up my med. And then i were notified my med was currently out of stock and I had to comeback after 3pm tomorrow to pick it up. I came back at 4:30pm in the next day and the med hasn’t there and would take another day to arrive. And guess what, NO ANY NOTICE WAS MADE, no phone call no message no notification email was sent to me. I had to wait to get treated with an very uncomfortable symptoms for a day and now they expect me to wait for another day( could be longer) to get my med.I’m totally upset because I’m pregnant and delayed taking med will have a significant affect to my unborn child’s health. Who will take a responsibility if my unborn child got affected? I already provided my phone number and they should have checked and called to notify me so I could have called my provider to get my prescription transferred to another Pharmacy locations. Patient’s health is not a joke, they should have been more mindful about that.

Publix has this seasonal Turf 'n Surf deli sandwich that I believe consists of the following ingredients:London BroilCrispy ShrimpRomaine lettuceHorseradish cheese (yassss, never thought I would like this)Mayonnaise Spicey Mustard(?)When I say , it truly is!!! Unfortunately, most locations do not keep any available in their deli case. To say the least, this is one of the locations I went to with no avail.....I really hope they keep this sandwich for an extended period of time versus seasonal.

I ordered two sandwich trays for a group event and they were so delicious. They were larger than expected! The bread was fresh and the meats were plenty. Cheese, lettuce and tomatoes made them complete! I'll order them again for other functions! The ladies enjoyed them!

I live around the corner and comeTo this store often. The past two times I've got Betty at the register and she has been nothing but rude and a lot of attitude. I never make reviews but she could use some help on her costumer service.

I typically go to this Publix for every Friday evening when I get off work. I arrived at 9 and they close at 10. The hot food was already put away, but associate Kara kindly asked me if I was hungry and that she can make me a sub. She made my sub and even went in the back to see if they had the specific type of meat I wanted. While another sales associate (tall, black man) told me that they are happy to make subs even if it's 10:00 during closing. They were both very kind and helpful, and are the reason why I will continue to shop at this particular Publix. Customer service here is amazing!

Store is usually clean and stocked up, but the staff moves with no urgency ringing folks up, making deli sandwiches, etc. I dont think these folks understand that part of good customer service. Everyone moves extremely slow as if they dont value the customers' time. I dont recommend.

I absolutely love the convenience of this location and this store as a brand! Publix is like the Chick-fil-a of grocery stores! Their customer service is exceptional! They have a great selection of products especially since my family is trying to eat healthier snd buy more environmentally friendly products! The management and staff go above and beyond to be hospitable especially when offering to escort you out to your vehicle and unload groceries.
