I find it quite frustrating that you expect someone to travel an hour for a job interview, only to have them wait nearly an hour before being seen. Additionally, notifying candidates about the job outcome through traditional mail instead of using more environmentally-friendly email notifications seems rather inefficient. Ever heard of sustainability or emails perhaps?

Since Savannah felt it was imperative to try and accuse me of harassing her, because that is the easiest gaslighting tactic to utilize against a man (*news flash - some men like men), I wanted to make sure that a review stayed in place as a warning for those who are seeking employment.I’ve spent. Since March. Looking for a job of any kind - and the only thing companies, such as QuikTrip, can offer the hopeless and desperate is meager wages, minimal hours, and poor customer service excused by someone who felt citing their corporate position as a receptionist is enough to decide the fate of my chances for a job.Savannah - you’re part of the problem, and so is QuikTrip, with this current economy. The way you so eagerly threw out, “You must not want this job” with a smile makes me understand that was not the first time you’ve done that to someone, and shame on you for that.Also, Heads-up: Whenever I said, “Well y’all made it seem like it would take a kidney for a job,” and I was trying to match your energy - the only person who chose escalation was you. Had you been able to show patience and understanding, you would have saved everyone the time by allowing me to follow-up with what I told corporate; that initially I was impressed by how streamlined the process was and I had other compliments, until you chose hostility. I’m sorry you cannot properly demonstrate comprehension of direct and indirect communication. I figured corporate would have had the budget for training people on social ques.

Pump 9 out of paper again. Reported inside the store to Brad W. (2014) and he made no effort to correct the situation nor appoint another employee to handle. This store #01720 Gainesville has an ongoing issue with poor customer service.

I will never work for a company that has a policy as ridiculous as not allowing cashiers to use a calculator. I called both the Atlanta corporate and main HQ and they said that "your brain should be faster than a calculator". Insane!

I feel as if Mrs Tiffany Madden only choose who she wants to choose to be employed for quiktrip. She had no current reason to say no about my position. It’s unfair and selfish. I poured my heart out and told her everything. What’s the reason that I didn’t get to move on with the position? Exactly! You just didn’t have a heart. I won’t recommend anyone to speak to a selfish person. God don’t like ugly! I need my money for my gas and time .I need my money! Thanks. You could’ve at least gave me a real reason why you did what you did!

QuickTrip has one of the worst bathrooms for a big chain gas station,Racetrac do wayyyyy better in that department,some store locations have only one stall to use,I can understand if the stores was smaller,the ice-cream is good thoe

I have been a fan of quick trip since the nineties Because of the cleanliness of the store because of the friendliness of the employees and overall safety of the locations but over the last couple of years this has changed quick trip never allowed people to hang around outside in panhandle. This is changed tremendously majority of the stores on the South side have people hanging around outside panhandling And harassing customers This is definitely not a good look from where you came from. I have noticed some locations at certain times now have their own security Officers which you would have thought would have made a difference in the The people standing around Pan handling Pan handling but nothing has changed sometimes at night The pantheon does become extremely aggressive and don't take no phone answer. I really hope the corporate office Read these reviews and seriously takes in consideration of what can be done.

The store on the corner of Hamilton Mill and Brassellton Pkwy has gone downhill dramatically in the past few months. It used to be the cleanest and nicest place to stop on our trip from west Georgia to SC. The past few months the floors have been dirty, the women's restroom littered with toilet paper, overflowing trash can, dirty sink and broken toilet ( only one working, the other out of order formanyweeksnow). The cashier was not friendly either ( older black man on 8-26 ,12:15p.m.). The front lobby floors were dirty also. If this continues we will not be back and we come through there frequently.

Bought $40 worth of gas. Charge my card for over$140. On hold with customer service for over 40 minutes then cut off. Regional office can only leave voice mail. Bet the CEO of this company could care less about how money is stolen from everyday people.

QuikTrip has been my go to for years over the last year it has continually declined. Prices have increased dramatically over other gas stations of similar types. They do not keep their schedules for instance they say that every morning they will have a certain item till 9 AM and they almost never do. I went in at 8:30 this morning and there was absolutely none on the hot rat. I asked the manager if he would mind just making a pizza so that I can have a couple slices since it was still technically breakfast time and I did not want to purchase a personal pizza. I do not like the personal pieces. He refused and told me it was the same thing in the same quantity basically arguing with me over what I want as a consumer. Is the managers place to assist the consumer not to tell them what they want. I plan to continue to share the story on every social media and website you have because I know there’s nothing that you will do to resolve this matter as this is probably the third or fourth time I’ve notified you of this continuing incident

Quick trip on Peachtree Corners parkway has been my everyday go to…. But as of about two weeks ago it has the worst service and customer care! Now I go to one closer to work!

I am a huge Quik Trip patron. Unfortunately, I have noticed the hospitality from the staff is diminishing. They are not as pleasant nor engaging especially at the Decatur location on Lawrenceville highway. The crew that was there when the store reopened after the renovation was awesome. I miss them a lot! Please keep the receipt available at the pump. Every time I pump gas, I have to go inside for the receipt and that is inconvenient! Please do better so I don’t have to support Racetrac or Raceway!
