Bad customer service. We were using the self service booth and the cashier called us like we owed her something. We thought she’s trying to scan our items, so I tried to find the barcode for her. She didn’t say a word other than calling us to her. When I thought that was what she’s looking for, she took the item and find the tag. The whole time she’s trying to remove the tag, she was so snobbish. No eye contact. We said thank you she just walked away and yet no eye contact. We were left confused with the situation. The security guard has better manners than her. We are not coming back. Usually, store that sell cheap items like Ross, has bad customer service.

I have never seen anything like this before and I personally have been in retail for a while. All the way from an associate to a manager …all the way down to running the inventory. I would give 5 stars based off the awesome items and prices they have to offer. But 1 star for SERVICE. That self check out process is ridiculous. The associate was taking atleast 3-7 mins per customer with 3-4 self checkout lanes completely open for use. And then the lady had to count everything in your bag and write on not one but 2 receipts.1 Star to the manager on duty. I voiced my concern he would have battled words with me if I was a person to keep going on. I was simply letting him know that I have been in line for over 30 mins with 4 open lanes and the associate is either slow or needs help. He definitely was ready to argue and I clearly just wanted to get out of line. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!! It shouldn’t be a thing to keep guest in line for that long. And yes I get your concern on stolen items but that system is not gonna work. The one security is checking self checkout bags and to top it That’s the 2nd time I have not heard a welcome to Ross. I have been coming to this store for years and this by far will keep me out of it! Management should be a little more open!

Long lines up the kazoo!No separate 'Returns' cashier!! How archaic! Returns and purchasers all on the same long snake lines, together! The shoes were hideous and not well stocked.The Kitchen section was rather junky, although well stocked.Ross needs new upper management, someone with a 'vision' for 21st century Ross stores.

I'm always scared to go in Ross because of the longgggg checkout line that goes all the way around the store. But, finally, they have self checkouts. Even if it is cards only. I love it!You'll have someone remove the alarm tag, and then you do your own transaction. And someone else will check your purchase and receipt.I understand the whole shenanigans of double checking with all the thefts that we have now a day. But, it might drive some customers crazy to be checked twice.I'm all for it if it gets me in and out without that awful long line. Now I can shop a Ross at any time of the day.

This is the place you want to go if you want clothes for cheap. I enjoy shopping here but lines can take you an hour plus to get to the check out. I usually buy a few items from here but I wouldn’t recommend if you value your time. If you don’t mind waiting in line the prices can be worth it.

Crappy Service. Needs better management! Will not be returning to this location ever. What's the manager get in an argument with a group of customers and the customer was right. I agree with the customer. Forced the group of people to go to self checkout and then bitched and complained that they had to show their receipt which I hundred percent agree you just watched them scan all of their purchase, so why would you make them show their receipt. I won't be back because of the way I saw others being treated.

Not the most organized store in some sections, I'd say it's not dirty more so messy but it's like a thrift store, so it's a bit expected. Lady at the self check out was...not rude in temperament, but she was also kind of treating me like a criminal and I didn't appreciate it. One of her coworkers who seemed plenty experienced was helping me and she felt the need to make sure to come and try and do her job for her, informing her that the price was different on an item I was purchasing even though the lady was scanning the item differently and had it handled; she clearly read the price and knew how to handle it. It was kind of offensive as it wasn't her job to help me, her job is to highlight receipts when people walk out, yet she treated me like I was trying to get some dollars free. She also felt the need to count every item one by one and checked my bad suspiciously, despite already clearly seeing everything I got (which was literally just a few coffee syrup bottles.) I work hard and don't need to try and get 4 dollars free for a coffee syrup. Again she wasn't mean, just rude, and I know they aren't being paid enough for TSA security.I'll stick to the sister store a few doors down, owned by the same company but somehow always better service, products, and organization.

This store is consistent in three things. Super long lines no matter what time you go in. It's been this way so the management is aware. It's obvious they don't care and take it for granted that the customers will just wait. The selection also needs help. Lastly the ppl seem miserable. They likely are because they are probably overworked. Not enough staff to handle the customers. It's sad.
