Great instructor, motivating and very personable. I enjoyed my kickboxing classes so much I signed my daughter and sister up! The bonus is they offer many different classes, which I also plan to look into. Great experience all around! Definitely recommend ?

Absolutely love Shape Up Kickboxing! Great energetic Instructors! Fun family atmosphere. And the workout is tough and exhilarating at the same time. It's a fitness family, not just a gym.

Shape Up Kickboxing is the ultimate experience. The workout changes every day. The classes are fun, fast-paced, and will get you in the best shape of your life. We love helping people transform and we are suited to help everyone from beginners to athletes. We are a fun loving, friendly, accepting bunch. We have tons of fun with regular Theme nights and usually the whole gang goes out for dinner & drinks after. You won't join a gym, you'll join a family!
