Shape Up Kickboxing is the ultimate experience. The workout changes every day. The classes are fun, fast-paced, and will get you in the best shape of your life. We love helping people transform and we are suited to help everyone from beginners to athletes. We are a fun loving, friendly, accepting bunch. We have tons of fun with regular Theme nights and usually the whole gang goes out for dinner & drinks after. You won't join a gym, you'll join a family!
