Exceptional service. We arrived minutes before closing, but without hesitation or resentment, we were welcomed in. We received quality service and a great deal on a bed. Best bed we have ever slept in.

If I could give this store and entire organization 0 stars, I absolutely would. They are not transparent, I asked the saes rep Melissa a direct question about what was the cost to return the entire bed if not happy within the" 100 night' guarantee, she only disclosed the cost to return the mattress and did not mention at all in the entire 3 hours we were in the store that THE BASE ON ADJUSTABLE BEDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! When I went to read the agreement she interupted me and assured me that it only recapped everything we discussed...which was a lie since we never discussed the policy on the bases....100 night guarantee is no guarantee at all. The product is defective and/or riddled with issues. the customer service after delivery is horrible....please search the BBB complaints for Sleep Number to see other customers' experiences.

I bought a double. On delivery the delivery men left my bed in the middle of my room. I later discovered they had stolen two lap tops. I called the store they said they would get back to me. They didn't. I am disabled so I could I'll afford theft. Don't buy from this store, once you are out of their doors they are of no help.

We arrived ready to purchase a Comfort 360 king bed only to find a "back in 5" poster and a closed door. Since there was no mention to a return time. We waited about 25 minutes and then left.
We then drove 45 minutes to the Peachtree Corners Sleep Number Store. Fortunately staff was present.
The Webb Gin store lost out on a major sale and future sales.

My wife and I have bought two Sleep Number beds. A King and a Queen. Our sales representative was Mr. Reggie Blackman. This gentleman went above and beyond to service us. Seeing that one year had past since the purchase of the first bed to the second, we walked in the door and he remembered our names, and the bed we had purchased. There was no high pressure and he took time getting me into the right bed and mattress to accommodate a back injury.Mr. Blackman is the gentleman you will want to service you when visiting the Webb Gin Sleep Number store. He is truly an excellent representative for the Sleep Number company. When replacing our guest room with a Sleep Number bed he will be the man we want to do business with.He mad shopping for a bed a pleasurable experience.See Reggie Blackman.

The staff were very knowledgeable on the product. We very enjoyed learning about the sleep number product line. The staff was very polite. We look forward to receiving our new bed next week. Definitely high recommend the Webb Gin Sleep Number Store for bedding needs.

I rate this experience with a 0. I have never visited this location. Yet a staff member took upon themselves to place an order under our account using our reward points. I was notified via email and immediately called customer service. Customer service agreed that this shouldn't have happened. When I spoke with the store manager, Marqueta it was not a pleasant experience. She basically agreed that the associate, Reggie did it so they would make quota since my rewards would be expiring. She refused to give me her full name and was rude. This transaction was unethical and unprofessional.

I really enjoyed my experience with Reggie, very knowledgeable. I went to purchase a bed and I did. Why I didn't give 5 stars is it took way too long to get my bed. 17 days. I told them I didn't want a remote I have to pair with my cell phone, what did they send, a remote which I have to pair. I'm 80 and don't understand written instructions, it's been 3 days now and I still can't get this thing right. I need help.
