You'd think Spectrum would be better in a neighborhood that forces you to use it. You'd be wrong. Outage every 10 minutes, poor quality, and everything is slow. Every. Single. Day.

After being with spectrum for 8 years including using them for my business I will never conduct business with a company that can't show a once of compassion or consideration. As a business, this company should take into account that not every situation can be resolved with a by the book response, some are more complex and require different responses. When you have a customer that has been as loyal as myself, never missed a payment and only left because I was relocating to a area that already had service; you should make an effort to assist with a resolution, like I tried to, BEFORE you reported my $60 balance to collections. Not only was that a action that was unnecessary but you have now caused lasting damage for someone who had above good credit. Part of customer service is to assist the custom with their service needs however possible. The representative Larry and his manager need to learn these skills.

Slight breeze? Internet is out for hours. Overcast day with absolutely no rain? Internet is out for hours. Bright and sunny outside with no problems? Internet is out for hours. Working from home with this network is a nightmare, literally worst service I’ve ever had.

People who work here are insanely, rude and passive aggressive. I was simply there to drop off a piece of mail and really did not appreciate the juvenile commentary made by the lady (who mind you wasn’t even the one attending me) absolutely unnecessary and completely unprofessional, and I was only there for five minutes

Came in on a Saturday and I had a rep Ms Shannon from Gainesville office in that day. She gave the best customer service experience ever. I usually don't fell great after spending money but I felt like I chose the right company after leaving and have been enjoying my few months of service very well. Thanks Ms Shannon for the lovely experience. Sorry for taking so long to write this review

Be sure when you cancel your service to before the billing cycle starts, if you are one week or even one day over, they will charge you for the entire month. They do not reveal this fact when you are cancelling.

Has to be the worst service in America. Internet is garbage. It has consistently gone out in the last couple of years since having it. I’m stuck with it because of the area I live in, but I will say the last place I lived I had xfinity for 6 years and might have went out only 2 times. Just had an outage with this spectrum junk for a whole day and all they are offering for inconvenience is $2.67 discount off my bill. Charter is a damn scam.

I was dreading going in to deal with my upgrade because of the bad reviews and was soooo pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Shae helped me and was great. She helped me with a mistake on my billing, got my new phone ordered and had me in and out in no time. The store was also very bright and clean and organized.

Went to drop off cable equipment as changed to all streaming, when dropping off the equipment, was ignored and spoken to rudely, horrible customer service.
