Andrea@ The Lawrenceville Suwannee Road Location ROCKS..As an older Doll I asked a lot of questions and was not easy at all..She was very patient and actually showed me an IPhone XR that I absolutely LOVE and in my favorite color!! She is very professional and has a GREAT PERSONALITY!! Will definitely be returning because of her kindness and professionalism!!

This is the best store ever, I have been to several Sprint Stores With Issues and even though they are not a repair store they went above and beyond for me. They contacted the warranty dept for me and found a solucion for me, I went in really upset and left this place really happy with new Wireless headphones. Nice Reps like Yosselin, Anthony and Morena were meant to be in customer service because they are dedicated to helping!

I've never had such awful service in my life. The heavier set girl literally said “okay we can waste more time if that's what you wantâ€. This girl should not be working there if that's how she speaks to the customers. Reasons like this is why I'm leaving sprint. So disappointed. Management should probably rethink their staffing if she's allowed to open her mouth to customers. I'm a manager myself and if I heard about this, I would terminate them on the spot. Totally unprofessional. Very disappointing. I will NEVER refer anyone to THIS location.

I ordered a phone online and unfortunately my children through away the return kit for the Old phone. I went to my closest sprint retail store who told me that I could return it at a corporate store and gave me the address to this one. I sat in traffic for over 45 minutes to arrive at the store and then tell me “they can't do it there because it goes to a different warehouse and it won't look like I ever returned the phone“ they told me that I would have to call Sprint and request another return package. This is not the first time I have returned a phone to Sprint and therefore I know that I've dropped off at a corporate store in the past. I sat in the parking lot and called sprint of course like I thought the sprint customer service line said that there is no reason that the store couldn't have taken the phone back for me. The representative on the phone said “that's not true they are obviously just being difficultâ€. I plan to call the manager in the morning to let them know about their lazy employees so just didn't want to take five minutes to assist me. Funny thing is I was planning on upgrading another line while I was there budget to their horrendous customer service I will never shop there again.

I had the pleasure of upgrading my phone at this store 3 days ago, but the customer service was beyond my expectations! Morena Torres and Josselyn were friendly and professional, way better than any experience I've ever had. This is a huge part of the reason I love my sprint service!! Great cell service, great plans and great people! 💯 If you have ever considered switching your current service, ask me why you should!

Abdul and Morena were awesome yesterday when swapping my phone out from ATT to Sprint. I got a cover and screen protector and they helped me put it on and I really think they did a great job in helping me. Morena was so sweet to my daughter and she was just so pleasant to talk with while getting my phone set up. Great job guys! Thank you!!

The one man who worked Jaylan is amazing. The two I'm assuming Hispanic boss's did nothing, not once make eye contact with customers nor did they help any one who walked in. Jaylan had to take care of EVERY customer who walked in while they played on thier phones behind the main desk, ignoring all customers and not helping much when clearly Jaylan had questions and needed the help.
