Never go on a Thursday. The first time I came a year ago, one of the young associates wanted to argue with me about what the corporate office told me to do. I went again last week and it was another Thursday. There a couple people waiting in line. As I came in the same associate goes “Ah Thursdays” like I/customers in general were a nuisance. And the other associate laughed.

I was just in the Lawrenceville office and I got makeda the office mgr she's a true asset to the T-Mobile team she deserves a raise and a lot of recognition she's the best

They get way too busy, better get there when they open, or go by there in the evening. They need more seating for those waiting for service or need more help/ stations to move the line along a little faster.

Terrible services, from Spanish girl with black hair, she told me that my bill was going to be 130 a month. And ended paying 250 for my first bill, had to call t-mobile services to remove everything in my plan, they were able to help me out from 250 to 160. Don’t come to this store

You charged me for things I never asked for, and added an additional line you claimed was free, but was actually charging me.I need to speak to someone about refunding the money you weren't supposed to be paid for, or at least adding it as a credit.I will not accept this kind of treatment. This makes the Tmobile brand look like a snake oil salesman type of business.

Poor management, they don't offer solutions and when you tried to ask questions they replied with an attitude. I went to another store and they solved my issue.Also the girl with the long nails needs to be trained or replaced because she's not professional.Customer service is not everyone.

I had a disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store. The service agents moved at a snail's pace, displayed a bad attitude, and seemed indifferent, claiming they were just there. The whole phone exchange process was frustrating due to their lackluster customer service. This is probably the worst location. The young lady with the braids and the long nails almost got told off.
