I'm so pleased with my service at this T-mobile store. They greet you nicely, willing to answer your questions while they are servicing other clients (yes they can multiple task) And Bianca was amazing!

Wow let me first up start by saying to the amazing and wonderful employees they truly stand by what they represent which is number one customer satisfaction, well knowledgeable, easy to communicate, friendly, professional, respectful and honest to each of their customers. The manager Genise and Karl are hands down are the best with vast expertise and customer satisfaction. Shameless,Avery, Oman and J could not be left out because they are so welcoming, polite and friendly. They will make you laugh and feel at home with no gimmicks. Please if you need honesty, satisfaction guaranteed and respect just go there and you won’t regret it I promise you because I got an excellent upgrade and also a business phone all through the hard work of those dedicated and professional employees. Please say hi to them and show them some love and I’m enjoying my phones with my GO5GPLUS. I made the rightful decision to listen and take their advice. As I walked into the store, I was greeted by smiling faces that genuinely wanted to assist me. Madison was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain everything, while at the same time training her fellow coworker. The level of patience and composure was evident even as Osman and Karl patiently assisted a customer who gave them a hard time. Avery was amazing and kept a smile right through as he assisted in the activating of our phone plans. Karl is truly a team player and he literally went above and beyond to make sure all the "t's" we crossed and the "i's" were dotted! And when I didn't even know I could back up my information, Maria came along and did it for me! That was amazing and made a world of difference when I thought I would lose all of my important videos and pictures. And to sum things all up, Genise was so thorough in reviewing our plan and reviewing the amazing add ons! I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years and this encounter definitely warranted this letter and review. This team is phenomenal!

They store attentend Ryan was really helpful. I lost my sim connection and it was really hard to retrieve it by making tremendous calls with the T mobile customer service. Ryan helped me so much to solve the issue, which took a long time. I'm really thankful to Ryan, the customer service is amazing.

Worse experience - ever. My phone (note 20 Ultra - fairly new. Less than 1yr old) stopped connecting to the TMobile network. I went into the store on early Saturday morning on my way outta town (on a motorcycle trip). I met Ryan and then another associate (can't remember her name). I had a feeling that it was a setting in the phone's configuration that was the problem. Her 1st inclination was to change the sim. This did not solve the problem. She insisted that I get a new phone. After much thought, I convinced myself to get a S23 Ultra for $1117 - paying outright. The young lady went in the back and brought 2 of the phones from inventory. Somehow, it wasn't scanning and so her fix was: "we don't sell this phone in the store. I'll have to ship it to you in 3 days". I told her it'll be pointless to have the phone mailed to me. So I practically begged her to call her bosses and get authorization. Her cynical response was: "Nope". And "Nope" was the response for every other request I made. I drove to the AT&T store, determined that it was time to get rid of TMobile. The AT&T sales rep went into the configuration and within less than 30 seconds, he figured it out and told me the wasn't anything wrong with my phone. 1. I'm NOT going back to that store off Grayson Hwy. 2 I'm damn near close to ditching TMobile.

This is not a TMobile store. They are a third party vendor called GP Mobile. Highly advise to avoid at all cost. The will rip you off. Stay away.

Very great service was helped out by Bryant answered all questions I had gave me the best deals ! This was the best experience I’ve had with past carriers I will be recommending them and this store to my family and friends!
