Big lady has worse customer service, I request manager she told me he’s so busy today you weren’t able to see him, and after two minutes he came out from the back she was lying and refused to help me and try to send me to the customer service instead of help customer service I receive by her it was 0 I don’t know why she’s doing this job if she can handle basic things

Had a great experience under the help of ERIC, the store manager. Although it was very busy, he worked professionally under pressure and handled our needs and those of others wonderfully. Very attentive, accommodating, and quality customer service!

Y’all need to come in here Black Friday or not and deal with ROBERTO mobile expert! He was so helpful in getting my wife and I on a plan that saved us hundreds! Roberto needs to be taken care of! Give him a rise or bonus! He truly made this experience one that will always be shared by me to others. Roberto is a great keeper of the brand! ✌?

When I came by here last week, I waited to be helped for a good 25 minutes only to be told that I couldn't be immediately helped and had to call 611. Fine. After finishing the 35 minute call, I went back inside and still couldn't be attended to by the manager or employee. In all 1.5 hours was spent at T-mobile with my wife and kid without receiving help toward anything I had come to do. I decided to leave and won't be coming back here. A little acknowledgement of our wait time or patience could've gone a long way. So much for customer service.

Cell phones/service companies can have issues. This location worked out the issue.T-Mobile is a customer service company. Good on them.

My visit was met with excellent customer service. I switched from ATT for a better plan and Annette was awesome! Arrived at 11:00am and I had all my information from ATT. Annette had me out of TMobile within 50 minutes. Great service! I will only come to this TMobile when needed… :)Five Stars for Annette at T-Mobile ?
