This UPS store is the finest I’ve ever done business with! Mr. T, the owner and operator, employs the most polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient staff I have ever encountered in a mail service business. The store is well stocked, very clean, has ample close parking, and each customer is greeted warmly upon entering. ??

I knew I should not have gone to UPS as they are the worst of all the delivery companies. Ended up going to this store since I was already in the parking lot. Wish I never relied on them to do their job correctly. The costumer service at this store is the absolute worst that you will ever experience. Nothing but thieves work at this location. Due to the way they do their job (or lack there of) I will never use UPS again. Maybe they need to start paying attention to their reviews and realize that they have numerous 1star reviews because they don’t care to work with customers correctly.

I wanted to share that the ups store on scenic highway #7038 is by far the best location. I drive from Loganville just to come to this one. They have self service but the best part is my packages get to their destination in a day or two. It’s always friendly associates working there and great customer service. Thanks for being so sufficient at this location

I had the greatest experience at the UPS store at the Shoppers at Web Gin on yesterday! First of all, I went in and there were smiles on every employee face! That's rare now days. I asked if I could borrow one of there hand trucks to get my box our of the car, Tracy told me yes. When I got back in the store, Mr Pette took the box off the hand truck! What a relief! I was actually suppose to take the box to the Post Office and Mr. Pette told me not to worry about it. Mr Pette, Ashley, and Tracy made my day!! I will forever cherish their kindness!

I must express my deep disappointment with the UPS Store on #7038. I have visited several UPS stores for business purposes, and until now, I had never encountered such a negative experience.The primary reason for my discontent is the exceptionally poor attitude displayed by one of the employees during my visit. Instead of providing the usual helpful and professional service that I have come to expect from UPS, this particular employee exhibited a terrible attitude throughout my interaction.What truly shocked me was an attempt by this employee to deceive me by withholding crucial information regarding the label weight. As someone well-versed in the UPS system, I could clearly see through this tactic. It is disheartening to see an employee trying to outsmart customers and create an unwelcoming atmosphere, all seemingly in an attempt to discourage repeat visits.I want to emphasize how this experience has left a lasting negative impression on me. I had considered this UPS Store as a reliable and convenient option for my business needs, but I now regret having chosen it for my recent visit. I genuinely appreciate that I did not proceed with opening a mailbox at this particular location.In light of this disappointing encounter, I will be actively exploring alternative options for my business-related shipping and mailbox services. It is unfortunate that one employee's negative attitude has tarnished my perception of the UPS Store, and I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to address such issues in the future.I trust you will consider this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that other customers do not face similar unpleasant experiences at your establishment. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any business, and I believe that improvements in this area are essential for the continued success of the UPS Store on #7038.

I had an issue with an Amazon return that took a little time to resolve. The customer service rep. Tracy, that assisted me was very patient, professional & courteous. In my opinion those are some key qualities that makes outstanding customer service.

This UPS is utterly AMAZING! I literally drive out of my way to come here just for the family feel. When I come in the door they recognize me, wave and give the BEST customer service. Sometimes I stop by this UPS with no need of any services and I'll buy an envelope just to be in the atmosphere. I love services, the communication, the professionalism, I LOVE this place. Don't do mail anywhere else unless you want to be disappointed ❤️

I have come here at least 15 times and they have always been friendly and efficient and they answer my questions and have given good advice after answering. Looking forward to reading the reviews but their experience has not been mine. ..

First time in this store- I came in today with a bunch of Amazon returns. I had my arms full with 2 boxes. Instead of just helping me with these, they forced me to use the new self-service kiosk (which I had never used or heard of before) to do about 12 Amazon returns all on my own. And I kept having to ask for assistance, because there were things the kiosk was asking me to do that a store representative had to do themselves in the first place. I was there at least twice as long as I needed to be. I should have been in and out in less than 10 minutes if someone had actually helped me. While I was there, at least 7 or 8 other people came in and left back out, including another lady ALSO with a ton of Amazon returns (just as many as I had) and they helped her no problem and she was in and out in less than 10 minutes.My time is JUST as valuable as any other customer walking into that store.At one point I was also forced to use one of my own boxes to ship an Amazon return back, because a store worker told me I would otherwise have to pay for packaging. Which wasn’t at all accurate because ALL of my Amazon returns were covered by UPS labeling and packaging, without me having to pay for any of it out of pocket.I wasn’t given a choice or option to wait for help, I was just told to use the self-service kiosk. And I ended up being at this store for over 25 minutes. I have NEVER been in a UPS store for this long before for Amazon returns, and YES I’ve had just as many Amazon returns before as I had today. It NEVER took this long when I had proper store assistance. A complete waste of my time all because the store workers weren’t willing to just help me out. The kiosk would be a more ideal situation for someone with just one or two Amazon returns; but for a customer who has MANY returns, the kiosk just isn’t practical, and the store workers are well aware of that, and just didn’t want to do the extra work of helping another customer today.I had also come in to get a quote on what it would cost to ship some other items, but because of the horrible customer service I received when I got there, I chose to go elsewhere for my quote.I will never come back to this location again.UPDATE: I SO wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I see many others with the same or a similar experience I had. Really such a shame. The UPS store on Grayson HWY is SO much more professional, NEVER had a problem when I’ve been there. The ONLY reason I stopped at this one at the Webb Ginn Shoppes was because I happened to be in the area patronizing other stores in the same complex. NEVER again. It’s worth it to just drive a few extra miles to Grayson HWY to get good service as opposed to coming back to this one. I was nice and polite the entire time, as I always am, with any business or store I visit. They really need to get it together, starting with the workers they have on staff. HORRIBLE customer service. Not to mention the store workers being selective on who they choose to give decent customer service to. This behavior is unacceptable. Smh just TERRIBLE.

A 3 because some ee's are nice. Others not so nice.I do understand that tape here or box there and even printing could add up.I don't understand rude and poor customer service or charging astronomical prices when a customer does not fully understand the return process on pre-paid returns.If the employees don't want to kindly explain the process and/or charges for supplies, post it for customers to read/see.There has to be a better way
