This daycare is terrible!!! I sent my son here and on the open house I told the teachers my son had a bit of constipation issue and they said they understand but on the third day of sending my son here my son came back home crying and told me the teachers made really rude mad faces and they also forcefully grabbed his hands and started pulling on his arms really hard!!! My son was traumatized and he still is and my son keeps saying he doesn’t want to go here so I took him out of the school and sent him to another school. The schools rooms are also extremely tight and there is hardly any room during story time the kids would just be sitting together cramped up. I recommend not to send your kids to this school especially if they get into Pre-k-3. The teachers Ms.Tawny and Ms.Liz are terrible teachers to work with.

We love it here! My son loves all the teachers. They are on top of things. I've never felt my children were so safe at a daycare. I know they are here. They love the kids and are so accommodating.

I have 3 daughters that attend this daycare. They all love their teachers, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Terrible daycare. At first the teachers were nice but then they seemed to have an issue with my child because he had a speech delay. They were not trying to help him at all, they would only complain to me about it all the time. They would speak about implementing different ways to help him communicate with his teacher but they never executed any actions toward that goal. As I understand a daycare and it’s teachers should be qualified to deal with ALL kinds of children. I don’t know what exactly they did to my child or how they treated him while I was at work but it has been a very disappointing experience. This was the first daycare he attended and it has been such a horrible experience for him. If anyone is considering this daycare make sure that you get to know what kind of people you’re leaving your child with. Ms Gaby and Ms. Casey are horrible people to work with.

Love this place and their teachers so much! They communicate well with the parents, and you can really tell they are passionate about their work. HIGHLY recommend!

This was my first pick in daycares... and I searched for months! They have yet to disappoint. I have absolutely no worries when dropping off my 3 month old baby girl. The office staff and teachers are amazing. It's worth the added 45 minute commute because, I have an honest peace of mind! Hands down, I'd recommend Treehouse to anyone.Update (9/17/2020) 10 months later, Treehouse is still my TOP CHOICE in daycares. I cannot express how much I enjoy the ladies at that facility. My daughter smiles at each and every one of them when dropping her off. There's so much I can say about them... but, it wouldn't do them justice. They are amazing.Update (8/30/2022) Now, my daughter is 3 years old, still attending Treehouse. My thoughts haven’t changed about this facility.I really do love this group of folks! ?

Please take heed and do not send your toddler here, especially if they are more of the shy introverted type and especially not if they have any special needs like speech delay. This place is chaotic, serve really bad food for the littles, unstructured, staff with little to no training, non communicative to parents, not transparent when you ask them about how your child is doing, I can go on for days. Placing my 2 yr old here for two weeks was one of my greatest regrets! Do not do it, look elsewhere!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Please expect your child to learn little to nothing. The staff is rude and unprofessional. My child even told me they saw ants in the classroom.

As a new mom, you have tons of worry which could become a burden on the professionals at a daycare... but, Treehouse took the time to make me feel comfortable and not once made me feel like I was a nuisance. I had tons of questions and some times asked the same question over again, each time answered like it was the first time I asked. Every single interaction I've had with the multiple staff members have been pleasant. I am confident that my infant is being cared for while I'm away. I have developed a peace of mind dropping her off, enough peace of mind that I don't have to obsess over the classroom monitors. Treehouse was recommended to me by a co-worker and a personal friend... And I'll be recommended them to others as well.

Our granddaughter has been at Treehouse since she was a year old. She is always happy and is always learning new stuff. The teachers and caregivers are so sweet and caring!

I went to treehouse from 8 weeks old and all through elementary school. I made many friend in which I am still in contact with. Overall this was a great way to grow up. The owners, teachers, and staff are caring and fun. Also they helped create great memories, I have definitely learned many valuable lessons from them.

My child was injured in her private area on their watch and it required emergency medical attention and because the camera didn't catch the incident, they refused to assist with the medical expenses. They were very good up until that point, so I employ you to ask them what their policy is when your child gets hurt on their property. It is a parent's worst nightmare for their child to be injured and not to have been there. You assume that the facility is responsible for your child's care; however that is NOT the case at Treehouse under the current management.Bottom line, pick a daycare where you can have peace of mind .

We've been at Tree House for about 8 months now. We love them. Our daughter is well cared for, comes home happy and signing songs she learned in day care. The teachers are kind and caring, the facility is clean and well maintained. Everyone at the center is always open to any questions we may have. In addition Tree House is affordable.
