Avoid this bank. We were staying at the Hampton next door and needed a money order. We explained to the teller assisting us that we aren’t members of the bank and our limit may have to be raised by our credit union which didn’t open for another hour - she said she’d tried it. It declined. We told her we’d be back in an hour after calling our credit union in Florida. The teller beside her interjected and said we need to find another bank because they would not run our card again. What an inconvenience and lack of customer service. You’d think if this was “policy” it would’ve been stated to us prior to swiping our card.

Walked in bank to speak with a personal banker regarding a business account. Teller gave me a little bit of information but really I wanted to speak to a personal banker. She didn’t come off friendly and basically handed me information which I could of done online. Then started whispering to banker as if I insisted on speaking to banker. I’m not interested in this location. Personal banker Lilia was friendly but not interested.

I will go to any other branch rather than this one. The teller at the front is extremely rude the three times I have been to this location. I was placed on hold, then hung up on, then transferred to voicemail with no return call. This branch needs to work on customer service MAJORLY, I love this bank and have not had problems elsewhere.

I've been a customer of this bank since my smaller bank merged with them years ago. When it comes to banks, there's not a ton of difference - it's about the branch you go to and the customer service they provide. Well, this team is the bee's knees. They have changed out employees over time, but many have been there a while. It says something when you see the same faces ever time you visit. I'd definitely recommend this branch and this bank.
