went here to ship a stack of business cards maybe an inch and a half tall, the lady at the counter put it in an envelope and told me it would be $99 dollars to ship it an hour away. then when i told her thats ridiculous and i would drive it there myself, she made me pay for the envelope that she wrapped it in and i no longer needed. i told her thats ridiculous i should not have to pay for it and she said “well i already put it on there and cant take it off so you need to pay for it” whatever it was like $2, but that doesnt make it any less ridiculous. will not be back

I ship all of my packages for myself and my business through this UPS and I always have a pleasant experience. The wait is never long, the process is easy and the staff is kind, (shoutout Marianna!)

Each time I enter UPS you are always greeted with warmth. The customer service is AMAZING. I’ve never been dissatisfied at UPS. Store #3414 is one of the BEST UPS Location.

If there was a possibility of rating this ups store zero stars that would be my rating. I paid for my package to be delivered next day, and the package was lost. USPS claims they never received the package, when I went to the store to ask for atleast a refund on the shipping I was informed that the manager Hiren wouldn’t return until March.
