Great place! I came here to buy my first car after seeing a listing online, and God was I blessed. Everyone here is very kind and they made the whole experience very easy for me. These are not the stereotypical car salesman that tries to scam or pressure you, just good people selling good cars. Of course you should always do your own inspections on cars as they sell them as is here, but that’s just about anywhere for used cars. Overall had a great experience and am very thankful for this place!

Not a good selling experience. Ask questions about the car and definitely test drive everything on the lot. They lied about the type of car that was sitting on the lot but the vin does not.

I just wanted to say, that I bought my car in May 2019, Nissan Rogue. I don't even know if the guy that helped me is still there but me and him went back and forward on somethings but at the end of the day, I bought the car. I also bought the extended warranty (NOT the Cheapest one). In 2021, I had Radiator issues which basically meant I needed a new radiator. Well the extended warranty took care of it. I had some other issues too and the warranty covered. But since then, no issue and I feel very happy with my purchase. Again, I bought my car in 2019, so I don't know if it's the same people there, but I felt they were good guys with a good attitude and I will definitely do business with them again. However, I didn't want to give a review to quickly, as I needed to see how this car holds up. I think 3 years is long enough. Thank you! One of the best purchases I have bought in my life. Really.

5 Stars!Working with Jeff was an absolute pleasure! Jeff is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Lexus IS 300 took about 2 days. The best part – Jeff stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Jeff at UIA cars if you are considering buying a new or previously owned luxury vehicle.

My daughter purchased a car here got home and the next day it cut off on her. They sent someone out to check out the car and told us to get it to Duran Auto Shop and they would fix it. They had it approximately a week before she called and asked was it ready to be picked up. She picks it up and in a couple of days it cut off again. Her and my husband took it back to the dealership this time and they kept it for approximately another week and said they had put in a new alternator to come and pick it up. When we arrived there was a patch of paint chipped off her hood that no one seems to know where it came from. When asked what were they going to do about it the owner stated they can not do anymore because they have already replaced the alternator. So it looks like we will have to go to small claims court for the hood which was not damaged when we dropped it off. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Sidenote* The salesman went above and beyond to help the situation. I hope he finds a dealership with better standards.

I understand the As Is clause and did appreciate the fact that you all were willing to fix a car that stopped working twice in under 30 days. ISSUE: even with a repair being free once the vehicle is left in your care your are responsible for it. We asked for you all to check with the shop since you all told my daughter not to call them with any questions to go directly through you all. Instead she gets a sarcastic phone call asking why did she leave the car and there is nothing else you all can do. The easiest fix would have been to call the Auto Shop for a response and her insurance company would have handled it. As far as trying to insult her or myself is probably why you are receiving bad reviews for the way you talk to your customers. She is 19 years old and wanted to do something for herself. So I am proud of her and support her

Our car did mess up the next day and ended up having to go in the shop. I should have called UIA first instead of trying to fix it myself since it was so new to us. The car needed a new transmission which is crazy but we only had to pay for the part on a steep discount, they covered the rest. The guy we worked with was great and you will see him complimented a lot in reviews.

I had such a good experience buying my car from Used Imports Auto. Before going there, I had visited several other dealerships, where I faced high-pressure salesmanship and an unwillingness to negotiate. Used Imports Auto was completely the opposite (like a breath of fresh air!). Shah graciously met with me on a holiday weekend. There were no high pressure tactics, and I ended up finding the perfect car for a very competitive price. Shah and Jay were pleasant, easy to work with, quickly met my requests, and worked with my bank on the financing.I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car.

What I really appreciated about UI Auto was the no pressure attitude of the owners. They were very upfront about the vehicle, sharing not only the Carfax report but also the inspection report that had been done on the car by a local new car dealer after UI Auto had purchased it. The inspection report only showed minor issues (new cabin air filter and engine air filter were needed), and they put in the new filters while I was there. They were also upfront about their pricing. I purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350 from them, and I had done some serious shopping around and research before my visit to UI and feel that I got a very fair price from them. Their vehicles are priced to sell!

Had the best experience here and Anad was amazing! He was very helpful and informative about my purchase, I didn’t feel pressured and he got me approved quickly on a 2018 Lexus RX 350. I am a very happy customer!!!

Adnan and Shaw were great to work with, their integrity and transparency was refreshing after a long day of interacting with car salesman in the greater Atlanta area. Their business is firm and straightforward. We are great to have found them and to purchase a car from them and wont hesitate to recommend UI Autos to anyone in the tristate area.

I took a gamble a bought a truck from them without seeing it in person or test driving it. The salesman, Shum, assured me the vehicle was in perfect condition and like new. Since I live over 7 hours away, he worked with me and set up free transport to my doorstep! When it arrived I was extremely happy and impressed because the truck was even more immaculate then I had hoped! Shum was very helpful and did not disappoint. The truck is amazing I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone!

They do offer good prices for the vehicles, but they had some extra fees that really add up. However, that’s not the reason why I leave a 3 star review. So I drove there to test out a car and they offered me a price. I told them if they gave me another 500 dollar discount I would sign right away, but they turned my offer down. Okay that’s fine. Then two days later they emailed me and said they really want to sell me that car and I said sure if you could offer that $500 discount I would go back and buy it. And they said they’ll ask the owner and let me know. Ever since then they just disappeared. I sent them three more emails to ask about the car and they never cared to respond me. Later I noticed that the car was sold out. The funny thing is I saw some more cars I felt interested in from their dealership but the fact that they ghosted me made me never wanna go back. Yesterday I was able to purchase a real nice Lexus from a local dealership, and their service was so much better and they didn’t have that “699 dealership fee”. So yeah I’d say go look at their cars if you find any that interests you but don’t make the decisions until you go to a few more dealerships and compare the final prices.

Buying a car here was completely stress-free. Every employee is very well informed and sincerely interested in helping customers and in answering questions. It is a nice, small dealership with a personalized atmosphere. Furthermore, they have really impressive vehicles on their lot!I highly recommend.Ask for Adnan or Shawn. Both are fantastic.
