I didn’t catch her name, but the mailwoman doing the route in my neighborhood accidentally delivered my package to the house next door to me. I was terrified when I didn’t see a package on my front porch, and I (like a lunatic) went to go see if the mail truck had left my neighborhood yet.
Thankfully, she hadn’t left, and she was super kind and thoughtful. She suggested she might’ve accidentally dropped it off at the house beside mine and offered to go back to get it for me. She went back indeed immediately and got the package from my neighbor for me. I’m so grateful for her kindness, and I hope great things happen for her.
2024: Recently I had an issue with missing packages in our neighborhood cluster box. Ms. Shirley reached back with me very quickly within the same day via both phone call and email and she explained where it had gone - it turns out it was my error, and the packages had actually arrived, just in a different box with the according key provided. I was totally ignorant of how cluster boxes operated. I appreciate her prompt help and graciousness with help locating my items.
Another time an overseas package was misplaced, and one of the front desk clerks (her name escapes me, but she's always extremely helpful and usually there) went above and beyond trying to locate it. A month later, it turned up and she immediately reached back out to me. It's this location too that I believe had one of their delivery drivers immediately drop what they were doing to track down a package they accidentally dropped off to a different house 10 minutes before.
I'm very happy to have this as my designated postal service location - they're great folks with good memory and really do work hard.

Would give this Post Office Zero Stars if I could!!! Constantly gives you other neighbor's mail and VA medications!!! Witnessed biased customer service at the service desk done to myself, as well as other Asian and Latinos from White and Black Postal workers! Do better!!!

Our postman constantly delivers the wrong mail to our mailbox and our packages/mail goes missing and we have to hope to god they neighbors noticed and return it. So frustrating!

THEY STEAL PACKAGES BE AWARE THEY WILL GO THROUGH YOUR PACKAGE TAKE WHAT THEY WANT OR EVEN TAKE THE WHOLE THING AND THEN LIE TO YOU FOR WEEKS. THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOB. THEY’RE ALWAYS RUDE AND THINK THEY KNOW EVERYTHING GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION. THE WORST POST OFFICE I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY, 62 YEARS OF LIFE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE

*****BEWARE***** THIEVES WORK AT THIS LOCATION. MULTIPLE LOST ( STOLEN) PACKAGES!. The only items that come up missing are clothes and household item deliveries. No one ever has answer, from the post master to the front clerks.

Just left this post office to mail 2 cards before the last mail pick up at 5:15pm. I arrived at 5pm and decided to go inside and have a postal worker to confirm the number of stamps needed for the larger envelope. When I walked inside at 5pm, there were only 2 workers there and 2 customers were already at the counter. There were 2 other people in line ahead of me so I decided to wait, as I thought surely I would get to the counter before 5:15! The female worker took care of 3 customers while I waited. The older male postal worker who appeared to be around 80 years old, was with the same customer the entire time and they appeared to be having a casual conversation. As we approached 5:12pm, I decided to interrupt the conversation and said "excuse me, but I just need verification of postage before the 5:15pm last pick up time". He was visibly annoyed with my request and told me to wait in line. I responded that I had BEEN waiting and was trying to meet THEIR pickup deadline. He continued to talk to the same customer as the line grew longer. The female worker beckoned for me to bring the mail to her and she took care of my issue while also finishing up with another customer. This older white, male worker was totally rude and did not care about customer service. This is EXACTLY why I hate going to the post office for ANYTHING!! Consideration of other people's time would be greatly appreciated!!! I wish I had gotten his name! Totally disappointed.

I paid extra for 1-3 day shipping. It is day 3 and they haven't scanned the package I dropped off. It still shows that they are waiting for the item. This is not the first time this month that I have angry customers because of this location.
