The experience of arriving and following the directions at the door to receive help was not a good one today. I hope that the staff can be more responsive when sending someone to the side door for help and actually address the doorbell when it's clearly heard from both inside and outside this sorting facility.

This is the WORST sorting center the usps has. Every week we receive someone else's mail. To do it once is fine but every single week, that's pure laziness and means they don't care about the job. The manager here is no good. I have had to bring back mail trays with mail still in them that they leave at our community. Today I have in my mailbox mail for 4 different addresses in my community. FOUR!!! that's absurd. Terrible facility.

0000000 stars. They don’t even bother to answer the phone after 3. When they do answer the phone except the answer to your question to be the opposite of what they say. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I SHIP OUT HUNDREDS OF PACKAGES DAILY AND THEY HAVE NEVER LOST ANY OF MY PACKAGES AND EVERONE IS FRIENDLY. MOST GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THANKS GUYS! GOD BLESS

Worst service on the G dam planet. Always show “delivered” and ITS NOT DELIVERED! I hate the packages delivery with USPS. This is why you are being taken over by Amazon for the fraud you do and inconsistency.

Our mail lady Malinda is a very rude and disrespectful mail carrier. We have a 8month old dog who is trained to stay in OUR yard. Granted a dog is going to run the yard line, but she never steps foot outside the grass. Charlie our pup barks at the mail truck ever time is comes by, she has never gone right up next to where the driver(Malinda) is. Today Malinda took it upon herself to drive past my mailbox and SPRAY my dog as Charlie was literally 3 feet in our yard away from the road. I was standing there watching Charlie because I know how this mail carrier is and she is not very nice. I NEVER in my mind would think Malinda would ever spray a harmless, trained to stay in the yard dog. She is in a vehicle and could have drove off. She did not! She CHOSE to sit there and spray my dog. Very unprofessional and WRONG. By law Malinda is in the WRONG, Charlie did not attack her, and has never been close enough to even sniff her. Malinda does NOT need to delivering mail!

My grandmother sent a package for Christmas, and somehow the USPS put the wrong address on the shipping label, EVEN THOUGH my grandmother wrote the address on the actual box! My grandmother sent them an email per the worker Larry with all the correct information. I had to call them everyday for a week and they would keep telling me package wasn’t retrieved yet, call back the next day. Now Larry was friendly and he did make SOME attempts to get the package back, Sally on the other hand was a rude piece of work. Needless to say, they told me what address it was delivered to when I inquired about what wrong address they had and I went MYSELF and retrieved my package from the family who received it by error. Still to this day, a week later, they haven’t called me (USPS) or anything asking if I got my package. I also called them to track another package for me because the post office in my zip code NEVER answers the phone, unfortunately I had Sally again who had an attitude because I was asking her to track my package and she didn’t want to because the zip code wasn’t their zip code, lazy son of gun.... I was also trying to explain to her details regarding the package to give context and she rudely cut me off with a hostile “is there anything else I can help you with” AND she had the nerve to hang up on me! I never write reviews to be honest but this deserved one. I’m one of the most polite customers someone can have and to be treated how I was by SALLY was unacceptable and unnecessary. If you’re that unhappy with life or your job, you need to do some self- evaluation, some meditation, and move the heck on. CUSTOMER SERVICE, learn what it is.
