Terrible. Packages sit there for days before being delivered. The phone is off the hook when trying to call them. Horrible location and they don't care about the customer at all.

The Asian gentleman that works the passport station is very polite and welcoming. He made the process of applying for a passport simple, easy and fast. I was not expecting this level of service, typically dealing with postal workers is miserable and very stressful.

My visit with Charles today was very pleasant. He is very efficient with his customers. He was smiling as he greeted me and made my whole experience today pleasurable. I will definitely be back to see him.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this post office and it was always with Wanda. From the time you walk in she greets you and then is very helpful. I’ve only been in GA for two years. Back in Chicago the postal workers never greeted us and service was horrible.

This is the worst post office. Don’t waste your time. Every time I come in here it is a miserable experience. I see there are so many negative reviews about the older Black lady who works at the front (Wanda). She has also been enormously rude and pushy to me. Good to see I’m not the only one who has had bad interactions with her….So obviously the problem is with her. I also saw her be rude to other people my last time there. They say they care about customer service because there are QR codes everywhere to scan about your experience, but that is such a lie. They could care less. I will never step foot in here again.

Second time carrier kept an outgoing package for themselves. The second time my RING device caught her! Tried to press charges but GCPD explained they're federal workers and they're unable to do anything. Officer indicated they receive a ton of calls about carriers stealing packages and checks from people because they know they're little repercussions. Called this branch and the lady with the funny voice was very argumentative and tried to point the blame on me. Told me I should've dropped off the package to the post office myself instead of putting my red flag up. So are you telling me Im not supposed to trust your employees with a service that's due to me? Got it! I'm completely done with USPS. This happens too often and the lack of professionalism is insane. This branch truly disgusts me!!!! Crooks covering for crooks

This has got to be the worse post office I have ever been to. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is completely lost. They act like the customer does not exist. I would rather pay higher prices and deal with fedex than to put up with the discrimination that goes on here. It’s horrible! No respect at all for people. What a shame! They act they’re above the law.

Very disappointed! The passport officer did not show up for work for our scheduled appointment to renew our passports. How unprofessional and unreliable. Appointment was scheduled a month in advance. No courtsey call to let us know staff called out. Now we are 1 month behind and our trip is coming up in 3 months.

We maid reservation at 9:15 a month ago to apply for passport. but the person in charge did not come after 20 minutes. so I asked another employee. When would the person in charge come. she said we would have to wait 20 minutes more. I really can't understand. We couldn't believe him. so we left without waiting.

Awful! Absolutely mind blowing. Went in here to return small container to a seller. Had absolutely no packages to put in. Asked them what to use since they didn’t have any bubble mailers and these professionals directed me to the decorative mailer unless I wanted to spend 10$ for priority they said. Decorative mailer is way to big for what I’m returning but I have no other options. Look around and now no pens available on the table to fill out the mailer for the return and i wait in line to get a pen. Guy with dreds at front has an attitude and slides the cup holder without saying a word to me. I fill out return. Another man takes me to do return next to other man with dreds who slid pen to me. Then I’m told I can’t send this mailer first class it’s got to ground since it’s not flat and starts at 6.45 plus the mailer at 2.99 what’s that math folks?? 10 dollars??? like it was for priority. Why wouldn’t I have used a free , smaller package and gotten it there faster with priority if I was going to pay this? I state this to my register guy and dude with dreds pipes up we didn’t tell you to do anything.. starts arguing with me. I stated again you told me to grab this you didn’t offer any alternative or tell me it would cost the same as priority!He is berating me and the mangers come grab him they don’t say a word…not apologizing for the confusion or his behavior and some woman pipes up and tells me not to complain and starts cussing at me and it’s probably someone who works there!!! Over all I will go any where else! They can’t deliver mail correctly and they have no customer service nor the products needed to conduct business! Incompetent and as I said Not Very Bright!!!
