Every time I go to this location I'm waiting and people are going In front of me. I go only for oil changes, but they will pull people in from the other side of the bay for extensive work while you're next up in line. The last time they worked on 3 cars that weren't originally in line. I said never again, but gave them another chanceToday, the guy was giving some sort of consult (no work being done, just talking to the driver) for over 30 minutes while I waited! I don't care what they do, but just COMMUNICATE that it will be a long wait so I can stop thinking I'm next and leave!

What a great experience! They are now my go-to for oil changes. The staff was wonderful. Did I mention I was in and out under 25 minutes

Friendly and attentive staff.There was a line, but is normal to wait during rush hour. Josh, Eric and Brandon were helpful and answer any questions I had about the vehicle and service.

Waited over 1-1/2 hours in line. Cars in other line were getting service but not the line I was in. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. I spoke to one of the employees and he said there were only 2 people working and I saw 4. So after waiting this long and still had not got over pit I left went 3 miles down road to Jiffy Lube and was out in less than 15 minutes. Will not return to Valvoline for oil change.

Poor experience today. Really disappointing as a former employee to see how this location has gone downhill. First and foremost we waited for nearly an hour before being serviced.My main concern is that the employee began putting oil in my car without ever asking what kind of oil change I wanted. I could’ve wanted a conventional oil change but they put full synthetic without ever asking. When I tried to ask what was being put in the vehicle I was ignored. They do this to force you to pay for the most expensive oil. On top of this, my fluids were not topped off, light not reset etc yet the receipt says these things were done. Truly disappointing service from Alan and Grayson.

Came here for a quick oil change one afternoon and ended up waiting in line much longer than expected. Though it took a while, I was very satisfied with my service and the employees were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I plan to return here for future oil changes at a (hopefully) less busy time!

DO NOT GO! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was foolish enough to use a Groupon for an oil change at this location. When I arrived, I was second in line. There was constant horseplay among the employees. I waited second in line for about 45 mins, no greeting. I guess a past co-worker or mutual friend of the employees arrived. They allowed him to cut the line and engage in even more horseplay, general playing around. I mentioned that I and a few other customers had arrived first. They stated, "he just needs a top off" (keep in mind he stayed just as long as I did). When I finally got into the service bay, the oil change took about another 30 mins. I mentioned that the service was taking too long. The line of cars waiting for service was in the street. When the oil change was complete, the employee slammed the hood so hard he broke the hood latch (hopefully it's on camera); so the hood was unable to close. I stepped out of the car to inspect it. I was told, "don't get out of the car sir," which I ignored. I confirmed the hood latch was broken as a result of the employee's unnecessary actions. The manager, Joshua, insisted that it was not their fault. "I see this all the time; it's just a build-up of grease!" He scrubbed brushed the lock and closed the hood. I re-opened it to check if it was fixed and it was still broken. He stated, "we don't do anything under the hood!" with a giant smile on his face. This does not make sense being that I was getting an oil change and opening the hood is obviously necessary. I demanded his managers name and stated that I will have to call corporate. Now I have to get the hood latch replaced before my girlfriend goes out of town for the holidays (in1 week). I have little faith Valvoline will compensate. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS THIS MESSGAE IS FOR ANY PROSEPCTIVE CUSTOMER DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. FYI, I really don't care what their generic response is to this review is; they will probably lie. This location / business represents indifference, unaccountability, and serious incompetence. I am just trying to help other people not go through what I went through. Good luck if you go.

Melinda and Terrell are the best! The whole staff is awesome. They are so kind, efficient, and professional. They hook you up with whatever you need for your vehicle and for very reasonable and competitive prices. I never used Valvoline’s services before. But you got a lifetime customer. Lastly you should incentivize your employees to earn extra cash by gaining Google reviews. They work hard and they deserve it.Service: Oil change

$100+ oil change and they didn’t put the metal cover back under the car properly. Few days later driving down the road we hear this extremely loud screeching sound. Turns out the metal cover under the car was hanging on a few loose screws and completely bent/destroyed. Had to drive about a mile down the road screeching away back to the Valvoline location. They took the cover off completely and said it could not replace it due to the extent of damage. Took down our information and was told someone would reach out. 2 weeks later and have not heard a word. Not a surprise, already got the $ for the job and no concern or accountability for your mistakes. Recommend going somewhere else as they obviously do not care about their service/complaints but will send emails to advertise.Service: Oil change

Valvoline, Josh and his team went above and beyond to help me today. They are always wonderful when I come in to have my oil changed but today my car wouldn't start and Josh was able to jump start my car and get me in for a new battery. They did it very timely and I just appreciate the kindness when he did not have to come to where I was and help. I will always recommend them and be a loyal customer. Liz K
