I was having issues with my phone, and Roberto went above and beyond to assist me. He truly has his customers’ best interest at heart. He is incredibly patient, reliable and hardworking. Roberto Gonzales at the Lawrenceville Verizon store is amazing. He has gone above and beyond to help Take care of his customers. He is such a gentleman and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. He is a great manager with a great personality. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thankfully Roberto Gonzalez was extremely helpful and explained the differences and functions of the many different phones and he helped me pick out a new phone that I love! It's exactly what I need and does all the things I want. Highly recommend this store!

An associate by the name of Newton SAVED MY LIFE. I bought a new iPhone yesterday and it wasn’t working and was stuck without a phone because both old and new phones were glitching. He was so kind and was able to resolve all my issues, taking an hour out of his day to walk me through step by step. I’m very thankful for him and I wish all other Verizon associates I tried to get help from (a total of 4 different locations with 4 different people unable to
assist me) were as helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable as Newton. If you need help with anything Verizon service/device related. Newton is the man to go to!!
