I stopped by with a Saks return that I had a QR code for. I was told I needed to have the label already on the box. I showed the man that the return literally says "No need for a label." He still told me that it's only for "certain locations." It specifically asked me to return it to this location. There is no some locations do and some don't. Horrible customer service.

This review is in reference to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 2365 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA. I have been using this Walgreens for many years...almost 19. It has always been wonderful. Unfortunately, in recent months, there is someone in the pharmacy who, in my opinion, is very condescending. There appears to be no patience and all that seems to matter is what is most convenient for them. The customer's preferences are discounted. Sadly, I will have to move to another Walgreens and hope for better customer service. I really like that Walgreens pharmacies are networked throughout the country, making it easy to fill a prescription when traveling out of state.

We went in for FedEx drop off... there were employees standing and looking at us like we are fools just waiting near counter, we pressed on the help me button on the counter, seemed to be a very young girl, she snapped one on the small advertisement board on the counter literally the board flew and she stopped the buzzer. Next incident she didn't even ask what is it about she dragged my package that was over the counter scanned and threw it in the place where to needs to be kept. Next thing she gave me the device to enter the number. I mean just why it's okay if you don't talk or ask questions but be nice to customers. Snapping the board like that was really hurtful, respect other humans. She was too young to be that rude. We stood their silently thinking what did just happened. I wouldn't have posted this review here, But I hope some day the girl reads this comment and understand that she unnecessarily hurt someone for no reason. You never know what one has been going through and it's completely free of cost to be kind at least don't be rude if you can't afford to be kind. You just made someone's day even worse by being rude. I'm really very scared to go here anymore oh my god the looks and the snapping and things makes you question your whole existence. Glad to see few more comments that says rude employees, I wasn't the only one who is affected.

Pitiful service. No one on the floor. Manager was nowhere to be found. An employee sashays in through the front door and completely ignores the growing line at the register. When we ask for help, she tells us she is on her lunch break and disappears. Complete waste of my time.

Hit or miss cst service depending on individual. Thats fine unless yur forced to deal with the same few folks on reg basis like you are at the pharmacy counter. As soon as I updated my review to "totally acceptable service for most part" i go to get a script filled and the lady with gray hair is such a negative. She is very obviously not happy in her work. She made me feel like a total bother and all transactions and interactions were extremely uncomfortable. (This was a $200+ out of pocket transaction for just one item to boot). I even had to come back again hours later (after waiting on script in store for 30 min) because a computer system was down. I had a couple of questions i really wanted/ needed to ask about the medication but couldnt deal with her attitude anymore. Decided to come back or call later and get someone else to help me if i return at all. I would fill out their customer-experience survey but it doesnt really cover the particulars of this issue (ive done one before, It is super long and not specific to the offending individual). The cosmetic dept lady is a bonus for the store.

My neighbor (age 55) and I were in Walgreens today. She was ahead of me in line with her son buying a few things which included a pack of cigarettes. The cashier asked her for her ID which she said she left in the car,so the clerk said she couldn’t buy the cigarettes- I interrupted and said I’d pay for them since I had my DL. The clerk said I couldn’t do that so I asked for the manager who identified himself as “Blake.” He also refused to sell me the cigarettes. Blake had no
