We travelled 15 miles to this pharmacy as the med for my kid was out of stock at CVS. The pharmacist was not ready to transfer the presciption and made 1 after another excuse like get a paper prescription, call dr at 8:30 in night send prescription, , can't be tranfered and in the last said I have too much work, just call pharmacy on your own and I'll speak with them to transfer. There was no one else waiting at the pharmacy still so inconsiderate on providing the meds, it is just pathetic. BTW way at other walgreens the pharmacist was really helpful so its just this location or may be just one person working at 8:30 pm today

I use Ventolin inhaler and I always get the name brand because Walgreens gave me a generic one time and I used it at night and it did NOTHING for me. I couldn't breathe (luckily I had a name brand on hand also.) My current insurance pays nothing on name brand, so I pay for it out of pocket. I called July 16th and used the auto refill. They sent me an email saying they have to order it. Today, July 24th, I called Walgreens to ask about the medicine and why it was taking so long. The lady on the phone said she thinks my order came in, but someone CANCELED it because my insurance won't pay for it!!! I couldn't even believe what I was hearing! I placed the order,, so obviously I want it!!! It's always a hassle if you want name brand... am I the only person in the world that pays out of pocket for name brand?? I've had it with Walgreens in general.... I'm going to have my rx moved to ANOTHER PHARMACY, even if it costs more. NOT worth the constant hassle!

This store has the worse pharmacy customer's service I have ever seen in my life. They always doing the insurance incorrectly and making errors. And on top of that they get an attitude when you ask questions.

I had a prescription Walgreens refused to fill. I was told that the pharmacist has discretion. I called corporate to verify policy and was told I’d get a call back. Now I have no other rational to for the discretionary denial except that I’m an African American. Please spread the narrative and discontinue any business with this racist organization.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!! TERRIBLE pharmacy. Absolutely the WORST!! I have been shopping there and getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for over 7 years and just experienced the worst service ever. The young female pharmacy assistant with over exaggerated contouring on her face was as personable as a brick wall. She was RUDE, condescending, and had an entitled attitude.I am moving ALL of my business, patronage, and money away from Walgreens.

I called pharmacy today 12-6-2022 around 9:45am my mom need Hydrocodone called 3 location before that one , 3 cvs ,Walmart ext and everyone was being very nice and informing me they didn’t had it. Now this person in pharmacy with a nasty actitud informed me she can’t tell me over the phone since is a narcotic I explain everyone had informed me so I don’t have to go store to store and she say “well can’t tell u that info “ and I understand since is her job but I try to informed her again than she say well we don’t have it then and she hang up the phone I called back and try to speak to the manager in the pharmacy and she start laughing saying “she is the manager “ I feel so sad for those people that don’t have a voice or no one that can speak up for them this person should not be working in this fill this is for people that have a passion to help other to have sympathy for other and care for others. What happen with good customer care and service ? Why are we hiring this people ? Why we let them go threw with this things like if is okay ?

scheduled an appointment for my “free flu shot”. the day of my appointment arrived and they’re trying to change me $70 for the shot! Literally there’s posters everywhere that say “FREE FLU SHOT NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED”

The pharmacy at Duluth and Riverside has been the source of my presciptions and refills for at least eight years. Problems started this last year when the pharmacist on duty opened all of my medications 'by mistake'. I thought ok mistakes happen. Then I submitted a refill script for anxiety med and was told my address had to be printed on the script before it could be refilled. Recently I submitted a refill for a monthly med and was advised the manufacturer sent a bottle of 40tablets and the medicine was unstable and couldn't be opened because of risk of spoilage. Please advise.

I have used this pharmacy for most of my 20+ years in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We had built a treasured kinship with the pharmacists there, Tom and Amy. Since the time they retired and/or moved on, the pharmacy at this store has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff that was once so great has also moved on. I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes several times and given up on talking to a human being. We have waited in the drivethru line to pick up medications 15+ minutes several times recently. I am not sure what the solution is, but someone needs to make some improvements or my longstanding relationship with this pharmacy will wither and die.

They will tell you your insurance will fully cover something over the phone, then pull a bait and switch when you get there.

Pharmacy tech made very inappropriate comments about the medications I purchased. Have never had any problems with this location before, so it's very sad. Will not be returning.
