“Home office staff is extremely professional. Local staff is very nice and respond to issues quickly. Only downside...noisy, inconsiderate upstairs neighbors that yell and curse at 2 and 3 am in the morning!Clearly they have never heard of quiet hours?”
“Thus far, my experience overall has been positive, with some life happening events where things break on the property and it take a long period to take care of these issues than I would like, however I understand it takes time often to order parts, etc. But again, my experience, have been positive, and I am grateful to have found such a beautiful spacious apartment, having relocated here from Florida, it is the type of living I am used to; and the location is spot on, close to everything Albany has to offer.”

“Updated review. Greystone at Oakland in Leesburg, Georgia is a wonderful place to live. I have lived in the same unit for three years and about to renew. I am just as happy and satisfied with it as I was the first day I moved in. It is home to me and I love my place at Greystone at Oakland. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and very energy efficient. High ceilings, easy care flooring, spa-like batch, walk-in closets, ample storage, modern living. Neighbors are friendly, the mail carriers are wonderful, and management is responsive and friendly. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. It is Home Sweet Home and I love coming home from work to relax. Highly recommended!”
