I was having really bad shoulder and lower back pain and after a few visits I felt better. The staff is very professional but also very friendly. I would highly recommend Benchmark PT.

What an amazing experience! James, Jake and Heather are a great team and make everyone feel welcome and special. They will create a specialized experience just for you. You never feel pushed beyond your limits but will be challenged on every visit. This is my first experience with physical therapy and I feel like I have found my safe place.

My first experience and I was not sure what to expect. But James, Jake and Heather made me feel more than welcome every time. And even though I left out of there sweating my tail off each time I have the utmost confidence in their game plan. Their knowledge of their craft, along with their "bed side manner" makes the Top Shelf in my opinion. Highly recommend Benchmark-Leesburg to anyone needing PT or similar treatment.

The staff is professional, warm and friendly, and have provided me with the confidence that I'm getting the treatment and care that will make it possible for me to regain my health before my accident. When I was told I was going to physical therapy for the first time in my life. I was considerably nervous but the moment I walked through these doors the nervousness went away.The workers and the environment was beyond satisfying and it was always so welcoming to come in day after day.They made sure I wasn't pushing myself too hard and that I was comfortable and honestly they made me understand the importance of a steady exercise regiment.Now I will be trying my best to not get injured anytime soon but if I did and I needed physical therapy, this is truly the place to be without a doubt!

I woke up this morning with my world spinning, nausea, and feeling like I would never be the same. Thanks to Jake & James, I am now on the road to being completely recovered. Vertigo is something no one ever wants to experience in their life and Benchmark Physical Therapy made something that was very scary scary, a lot more manageable. In one session my symptoms are almost completely gone! There are no words to say thank you enough! ♥️

Kudos to James and Jake. This was my first PT experience.With their assistance, I have made tremendous progress with my injury. They encouraged my progress and answered any questions that I had. Everyone was very courteous and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism I witnessed and the exemplary services I received from the staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy. Mr. Blackwell and Mr. Odom developed and implemented a custom care plan for me once I presented to their clinic with chronic shoulder pain with significant deconditioning. The staff allowed me an opportunity to enter data for metrics regarding my forward progress and shared my medical information with the appropriate providers. I have graduated to a home exercise program and am very, very pleased with my physical rehab and their extraordinary customer service.

Jake and James are amazing!! They have helped me with my knee pain tremendously!! The atmosphere is a whole vibe!!! Family oriented and all around great people personally and professionally!!!! Heather is an awesome receptionist and is very helpful and responsive in all she does.

Very friendly staff and inviting presence. You feel right at home when you enter and Jake and James make sure your attented to the entire time your there. highly recommended for anyone looking for therapy/musculoskeletal improvement.

I had an excellent experience at Benchmark and highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy in the area. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is incredible. After my initial evaluation and therapy plan, the staff personalized my treatment based on how I was feeling. I felt like they were truly invested in my recovery. I began my treatment unable to complete normal daily activities, and by the end of my sessions I returned to full health. I couldn’t have asked for a better all-around experience.

Omg where to start ! Since the first day I started going there , I felt so welcomed ! The environment is so wonderful ! Every time I go , I’m greeted like a new patient and I love that ! My arm wouldn’t move when I first started but now it’s a brand new arm and I’m so happy ! It’s a 10/10 for me ! This place is a rare find The people an the staff that work here are up most up professionals and have your best well-being at hand you leave here making friends in the process of having somebody that generally cares to make you better and feel better have been to a lot of physical therapies in this hands down is the best thank you James Jake and Alex for the care that was given in the friendship that I left with
