I was told one thing (specifically, that there was plenty of time to finalize graduation arrangements with our co-op) and another in person (that supposedly *I* had called to cancel our announcement order). I most certainly DID NOT. Fortunately, there are better options, and for our second graduate in a few years, I'll go to those first instead of wasting any time or money with Jostens.Edited to add: Don't blame Covid for employees lying to me, either on the phone or in person. I'm done with you and I'm telling people WHY.

Customer service at the Hugh Road office is awful. I couldn’t get out a complete sentence without being rudely interrupted by the woman on the phone so we’ll spend our money elsewhere. This is precisely why so many shop online!!!!

For those with children preparing to graduate, this office staff can help! I appreciate their willingness to help without feeling like i am being oversold. And they gave great advice! They are patient with those of us who are clueless and guide us through each step.

Do not order from this company, use anyone else. The company is very unprofessional and not forthcoming with information about delivery of items. They will do anything to make sure you can not get your money back. The representative and office manager both were very rude and unprofessional. The office manager kept cutting me off as I tried to explain my concerns with the timeline of product delivery. She even lied about what I told her about my concerns.

Stellar Customer Service!! I purchased a ladies Denver Bronco championship ring. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Special mention for Mason who worked hard to get my ring delivered in time for a special event. The ring is amazing!!
