This Pizza Hut continues to get worse. The manager is always looking tweaked out on something when you go. The delivery takes way too long and it’s not the drivers fault. Once our order was not delivered for 3 hours and I had to go pick it up myself because they turned the phones off and when I got there they were locking up the door with our pizza still sitting on the rack. They told us they would give us free points but never did. Today they didn’t give the door dash driver all of our order. We got cold pizza first and then wings 20 min later. The only reason we go here is because they are the only option. But since they are just using door dash instead of their own delivery. I guess we will go to Dominoes or Papa John’s.

Like anywhere else, I have had a couple less-than-stellar experiences here; but, overall, they are were willing to make things right when I politely brought an issue to their attention. We order here regularly when I have soccer nights, and the quality is usually good. Pizza is hot and tasty. Wings are ok. Pasta was a miss, completely. Tried it twice, but it was bland and overdone both times. I find that pan crust with extra sauce is the sweet spot.

Got the wrong order on my pizza. That's the way to try something new. Live to far to take it back. Not a big deal! Hope who ever got my pizza enjoyed it and didn't call making a big deal about it. They were working hard trying to serve everyone. Poor young lady working the front was doing a awesome job.

Stay away! Ordered pizza at 6:45, 8:05 rolls around and I call, speak to a manager and he tells me it got sent out via DoorDash around 7:15. Well there was no pizza here. He Then tells me that he will have it remade and it will be delivered as soon as it’s ready. Fast forward to 9:15, still no pizza, so my wife calls and he tells her they just took it out of the oven but it would be at least another 45 minutes before a delivery driver would be back to the store so it would be an hour before the pizza got delivered. If I could give a negative rating I would. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM PIZZA HUT!

HATE getting sent to a call center where they have no idea what we want, what the specials are, how long the actual wait time is, and always pushing to get more than the 1 item I want.

We used to get good food delivered that was what we ordered and was hot and fresh. Not so now! Last week placed an order at 8 pm. Never received it but was charged. Started calling at 9 pm and kept getting message stating they were closed. Closing time was 11pm. At 10 pm finally gave up and went and got something else for dinner. Called the next day. Was told I would have to speak to manager but she was busy. Left a message. Waited 4 hours. No call back. Called again. Manager was apologetic and very nice but said they had to close early the night before because it was too chaotic due to new computer system. Did get my money back. Waited a week and tried again. Order delivered by door dash. It was over an hour after ordered. Driver said they got lost. Food was not transported in the insulated pizza hut bag. Stone Cold. Pizza toppings incorrect and so greasy that the thin and crispy pizzas were soaked through. Crust was soggy and pooled grease congealed on top of pizza. Not sure what happened to this place but food was inedible and ended up in the trash. Once again had to make other arrangements for dinner. Attempted to call. No one answered. Phone just rang and rang. I know this is a rant so will summarize in 2 words...NEVER AGAIN!!!!
